I find them to be extremely durable. bought more of my first one since I liked it so much. It was then that I discovered a small issue unique to my Because they are designed to stack rather than nest, they do not fit together. If you want to store four racks, you'd have to add a couple of inches to that. It would be hard for the racks to be as sturdy with another design, so I still give them 5 stars since they are great, even though I don't have as many storage options.

I have no problem with the fit of this rack with my Nordcware Quarter Sheet Pan! It is impossible to imagine how many racks I have bought in the effort to find the right one. It doesn't take long for me to cook my bacon in the oven unless I'm in a hurry. This rack's wires run both directions, which means less shrinkage, a flatter and more visually appealing end product. Most racks have one way wires, not both, but this rack has both. There is nothing that falls through the crack here. You can easily clean your rack if you wash it in hot soapy water first. Then, you use a scrubby sponge or stiff brush to scrub each side thoroughly. If you cannot figure out which way the wires run, rub the scrubby/brush in the opposite direction, and then flip it over and clean the other side. As I use it on my cast iron skillet, I also use it on my grll The metal cookware I use stays like new and is much more durable if it's never put in the dishwasher.

A quality product at first sight, but it turns out that it falls short of I do not have the room for a 5" width- There are two sizes of sheet The rack is also not very tall, so I am concerned that it might not be tall enough to keep a roasting piece of meat out of its own juice if it is fat. This may be used in my larger pans, so I'll keep it. My meat has so far stayed out of the juices sitting in the bottom of the pan thanks to how tall the pan is. The product is also very easy to clean. It is possible for some pieces of meat to get stuck where the wires cross, but they usually come out without much effort.

The rack was purchased to serve as a broiler pan as well as a rack alongside a quarter sheet Considering that this is an excellent combination for the job, I am not sure why I did not think of it sooner. I can honestly say that I haven't seen or used anything better than this for that purpose than a broiler pan. My jaw dropped when I saw this. Suitable for Nordicware quarter sheet pans, this rack is of high quality. There is simply no comparison to this combination quality wise. I honestly couldn't be happier with it. These days I do not often get to say that about many things, but I am going to make an exception for this one.
