This little rack and pan are great. This is just what I was looking for. I have been picking it up every day and I leave brown rust water dripping everywhere due to the rolled in edges. As you can see in this picture, the rolled in edges retain water and make the material rust. The item will have to be returned to you. I gave it two stars because it's the perfect size for baking fish and would be great for that purpose.
The purpose of my purchase of these two pans was precisely to use them for cooking at Christmas time. I bought it for my new air fryer that will feed one to two people. The only thing I'm lacking is Judge in Size, but that's ok, I'm going to use it with Black&White A lot of things are done by Decker Fabware. Cannot wait to use Ultra Cuisine Baking Pan in Fabware as it fits well and seems sturdy and easy to clean and I'm sure it will be easy to use. The bake pan does not have a flat rim around it, which I also like. I looked at many over the years, but this is the one I chose based on reviews.
Both the pan and rack are very heavy, so that is a plus, but both have faults. This pan has a heavy edge, but there is a gap between the side of the pan and the rim, so it can't really be dried well after washing. The top edge looks like a knife was run over it. It also has rough spots that rust will form. A sharp edge is on the rack, and there is a spot that seems to have something stuck to it. The pan hasn't yet been used to cook with, so maybe it will turn out to be a good.
