A cooling rack is a type of baking rack (as stated in its product name) used to bake and then cool products. When you use them in the oven, you can get air underneath and cook your food evenly. You should not make fun of people's questions unless you are actually smart and have a valid point to make.
I wouldn't recommend putting these cooling racks on a direct flame over the stove or in an oven as they are not baking racks, neither are they barbeque racks for indoors. A lot of direct heat will be unlikely to be tolerated by that construction.

As if cookies were going out of style, I bake them.
