In preparation for baking, each mold measures 3 inches, but they shrink to approximately 2 3/4 inches when baked. Here is what I hope will help. It is the perfect pan for me.
The ones I used in Paris were much larger than what I used in my pastry class. Shells are approximately 3" high and 2" wide at their widest point, tapering down to 1" at the bottom of the shells. The William is the same size A Sonoma pan, which is a kind of flour dough. Although cakes come out beautifully, there is no doubt about it.
My knowledge of the subject is limited. I see no reason why it would break. It is not my habit to wash my pans in a I did not want them to discolor and it is possible that they will do that
The same goes for these cookies they have a flat side. After taking them out of the pan, you can see that they have lines on the bottom. Having both sides of the batter marked seems time-consuming and not simple to do. I don't see how it can be done—or why someone would want to do it at all.

In a nutshell, This is a great heavy duty product! We make it easy for you to achieve excellent results. There is no need to brush the pan's surface with butter before filling it with the Madeleine mix. The surface of the pan is very smooth. For your reference, I have attached my Madeleine photos.
I have tried both brushing on melted butter and spraying Pam baking spray on the Madeleines to release them, and both results were equal. In my next batch, I will try leaving some of the wells ungreased and post the.
Aside from the fact that I was looking for a Madeline pan, one of the reasons I picked it was that it was MADE IN THE USA, and its reviews confirmed its promise of being a high-quality, easy-to-clean pan. A piece of kitchen equipment that performs well. Even though I am still obtaining my desired results, this pan was very easy to work with. It was released without any problems. I've added this to my baking repertoire and I love it!.
During a NY Times recipe search, my husband and I ordered this pan to make cornbread madeleines. The pan is sturdy and worked perfectly. Making the madeleines was simply a matter of slipping them out. The batter was spooned into each mold after a small amount of butter was added. The cornbread was great too (we made it with a recipe I found).
This pan worked great for the first time, I had never made Madeleines before. Making Madeleines sounded good to me, since I had seen a cooking show where they made them. Despite the recipe's instruction to coat the tray in butter and flour, I did not do that. All I can say is that they came out great! It is well defined and has a good shape. With the pan, I was extremely pleased. In addition to the great quality, it’s made in the USA, so I expected high quality as well. I particularly like how heavy and durable this product is, and how well it washes.
prefer products made in the USA over products made in China because the product is well made, not cheap.
It is made of quality materials and provides restaurant quality and durability. I think the best thing about it is that it's produced in the United States of America. Even though it is more expensive, it is better quality, is heavy duty, and is easier to clean than the Chinese made one. We have used it a lot and nothing stuck to it. Be sure not to put it in the dishwasher always hand wash it. Thanks for supporting.
This looks like a used pan, update, it had much better quality. Since returning a pan does not guarantee that I'll get a replacement, I decided not to return it since getting another pan from Amazon does not guarantee that I'll receive one. Stains and scratches can be seen in pictures. I can pick up black stuff from it with kitchen paper, which I find slightly disturbing. There are so many things I don't understand. The reason I initially gave it one star is because of this. I returned my old pan and ordered another one. Update My old pan was returned. I was surprised by how much heavier this pan was than the old one. Further, I no longer have the ability to wipe the dark stuff out of the pan after washing it with soap and water. There's a lot to like about that. Makelines will be so much easier with this pan! Take a chance on it.
