In looking for a pan before I bought this one, I did an extensive amount of research and took it because it was made from a good food grade material that stood out. There's not a bit of disappointment in me at all. Considering that I bought it most recently (in 2018), it is hard to remember what "nickel alloy" was about.

We have used it twice, and we plan to use it again in January for a party. It did not warp or bend at all.
