Yes. You will need wilton piping bags as well as rubber bands to keep the bags closed while piping. You can use any piping tip you want. All you have to do now is trim the bag's tip to fit. Good luck in the kitchen!
I just got these in the mail, and they're clear with the Wilton logo and a recycle symbol on them. I had hoped to use them for hot cocoa cones, but they were a disappointment:
As stated on the box and in the title, these bags are 12 inches in diameter. Thank you very much!

Amazon asks if they are easy to clean inch disposable pastry bags, which is a little odd. That is somewhat beside the point. When purchasing this produce, keep in mind that it is 12 years old. They're small for a pastry bag because they're only an inch long. They'll come in handy for small icing jobs and other tasks requiring small amounts of material. When I've gone through all 100, I'll buy them again.
It's a disaster! When I received the package and opened it, I discovered that the box was missing parts and was damaged. I couldn't keep it and had to give it back. This was a poor investment decision.
I'm new to cake decorating and baking, but I've always had these bags and a few tips on hand for piping things like deviled eggs and twice baked potatoes. Depending on the dish, I'll pipe sour cream as well. I like to put mashed potatoes on top of my shepherd's pies with a pastry bag. The Wilton bags are very strong and reasonably priced when purchased in bulk, and they work for me in all of the applications. Even with piping hot mashed potatoes, I've never had a blow out.
I like that these are disposable and that I don't have to use a separate tip. I simply made a very small cut at the bag's end. To keep the bag closed, I use Ikea bag clips, which I simply move down as the frosting is consumed. This makes piping with one hand while holding the cookie with the other a breeze. I'll never use a knife to spread frosting on a cookie again!.
Wow - a let down!.
This was my first time using bags instead of a "syringe," and it was a positive experience overall. Because these bags aren't very deep, you won't be able to put a lot of frosting in them, but I'm not sure if that applies to all of them. It's very simple to use and clean.
BOTTOM LINEbr>I like that I can buy a hundred of these in a single package and never run out. The bags appear to be well-made and functional, but I wish the tops were wider so that I could fill them more easily. br>br>DURABILITYbr>I believe the bags themselves are made of a good, medium-weight material. When used with tips or frosting that contains solids, they are made of a thick material that will not rip or stretch easily. DISPOSABLE - br>br> NESS (because "DISPOSABILITY" isn't a word)br>There's nothing easier than tossing these items out. br>br>PRICEbr>The price is fantastic. Regular decorating bags, or even smaller packs, can be quite costly; I consider this an investment, and since I do not decorate professionally, I am content to keep this pack on hand at all times. br>br>SIZEbr>I think the length of the bags is fine, but I wish they were wider so that frosting could be filled more easily. I'm having trouble filling it in on my own, but perhaps I just need more practice.
These are the decorating bags I prefer to use. I bought these to teach cake decorating techniques to middle and high school students, and they were up to the task. The bags can hold a lot of icing and aren't easily torn, so they'll last us the entire two-hour decorating session. I wish there was a way to seal the bags at the top (we used rubber bands), because new decorators have trouble squeezing the icing down, and the icing occasionally pops out the top. Apart from that, these are fantastic bags!.
