To use in my Breville smart convection oven, I bought this pan. It is more like nine on the outside. 75" in length. The smart oven took it in without a problem.
There is no fit between the 8 inch and the 10 inch.
Besides sloping a little, the side walls of the pan are curved as well. Side walls measure 2 1/4 inches high by 2 1/4 inches wide A measure of the inside bottom of the box. Here is some information I hope is helpful.

The cake pan consists of a round bottom, a flat bottom, and a round lid. The baked goods bake beautifully, however the corners fold out and are a pain to clean by hand. My hand seems to take several minutes to dry the darn thing after washing it even though parchment paper keeps the batter from touching the pan when I bake. Once dry, I press each corner a little more and then fold it in half. It's a shame! There is also a USA 'Lasagna Brownies and Cake' pan that is 9x13 and is also the same material, but it does not have handles or folded corners. I feel like a complete idiot for not noticing it. With the choice they made to use this folded corner pan over that molded corner pan, I think America's Test Kitchen blew it. The one I'm considering is probably the one I'll buy Giving this one away for free. You should bear in mind that these aluminum pans transmit heat very quickly & Your cake will bake at a lower end of the scale if you follow these steps It may be time to check on the cake once it gets to that point as it's already Despite the recipe's lowest recommended baking time, I baked my first cake 2 minutes earlier.
It is recommended. This pan has held my attention for weeks, mostly because of the negative reviews here and the fact that it costs $14 no matter how you look at it. For an 8" x 8" pan, 99 is an amount that's quite high. The metal pan would replace the 20-inch pan, but I wanted one that was smaller The year is Due to a large number of negative reviews for this pan citing leakage, I filled it with water as the first thing I did after unboxing it. It worked without a problem. pure perfection. The pan performed perfectly without any warping and, true to its non-stick nature, it did not smudge.
To avoid possible bubble over, I placed the pan on a cookie sheet, but I had no idea that it would end up messy from 3 of the 4 sides. The quality is sub-par. Although it's a USA PAN, the sound is not good.
Just want to say how impressed I am There is no flour or crumb left on the pan when the cake comes out of it. Taking a look at the picture, you can see that USA pan is the larger pan, and Fat Diddios pan is the small pan with cake residue. The baked goods are so evenly browned. It would be great if I could buy five more. This is a very good product.
have waited a while to post because I wanted to give the pans some time to bake and see how well they perform. I'm in awe of them. These are by far the best pans I've owned. I may have always bought cheap pans, but these are by far the best. There is always something to eat A) bakes evenly and slides right out of a There is no need to cut around the edge with a knife or risk losing half of your desert if it gets stuck to The best part is that they're easy to care for as well. I'm very pleased with the.
They arrived in a very poorly packed condition, and two of them have rough edges. They are so small and skinny I'm thinking of sending them back, but I bought them to make a special cake for Easter so I have no idea what to do since I cannot get the replacements in time. That was a waste of time and effort.
Even though it is not advertised as nontoxic The things I baked were easy to remove, if you greased it lightly, not even heavily. In addition to having square corners, which I like, I purchased this based on a review by ATK that I read. While it is a few dollars more expensive, I feel it's worth it to purchase a product made in the USA. In addition to the 8, I have the 9 as well. There are also inch versions, which are a must-have for any baker.
The cakes were nicely browned and evenly baked. The two I purchased came together in a box with just a few styrofoam inserts, which I could not find It took a long time for them to get scratched up, since they were filled with pillows that didn't keep them from scraping against one another. There is only one thing that I would like the company to improve upon packing. Thanks a lot!.
