You can stack one pan on top of another, I have two pans that, when stacked, will not fall inside the bottom pan. Instead, they will sit on the rim of the bottom pan, they stack such that way, I find this style of pan worth the extra cost.
There is one on the inside and one on the underside, but I have never noticed it showing up on the baked cake. I will keep that in mind the next time I use the pan. I doubt it will
Yes, it is. This is a great deal you won't want to miss. Having taken baking seriously after retiring from the Army, I upgraded to these and haven't been disappointed at all. Originally I was going to give Fat Daddy a try, but have had such a great experience with these, I haven't gotten around to it. Recipes tend to stick to paper towels less often and clean up is simple. If you would like to try them, I recommend doing so.

I am disappointed because I purchased the pan for gluten free baking for celiacs and now I can't be sure about cross contamination.
The weight and finish are nice, plus the sides are straight and the depth is good. This set of pots and pans received an A+ rating from America's Test Kitchen A serious baker will expect these to measure up to the standards.
The pans feel good in the hand, and they have a nice thickness to them. A dark shade of brown. The only cake I have made so far is a three layer cake. It went well and was finished a bit earlier than anticipated. In these cases, the conditions are non-emergency The nonstick pans were too slippery for me, so I used the nonstick pan instead Baker's Joy spray will do the trick. Out of three pans, there was only one little spot that did not release correctly. There's no doubt that these cake pans will be a hit. For something as solid as these pans, the price is reasonable.
Baking is my passion, so I bought some new pans to replace my very old ones. This is a great list- They were not packed well the first time I ordered them, so there was a slight dent in each. I ordered the same pans again the second time (because the pans are so good that the risk is worth it, and I use mine very often) but the second time they found themselves in a box that limited movement and caused them to smash into each other - It looks like someone paid attention to the earlier reviews and improved how they sent these out after all. The pans were good and solid and the box was good as well. There are a lot of benefits to using these.
It is great to have an even cake bake. Upon arrival, the bag was properly padded and in great condition. Without these, i'm not sure what I would have done with cakes. My calculations indicate that these pans will outperform pyrex/glass pans by as much as 100 times. However, I do wish they were not aluminum since it's not a good thing for our health The problem is from the safety and security standpoints, however. There can't be a health concern and be making cake at the same time.
My cakes are taller and more level than I ever imagined. After all these years of baking, I never knew cake pans had such a tremendous effect on cake rise. I bought a third set after having such a good time with the first two sets.
My first impression was that it would be extremely expensive, but I was wrong, because I am extremely pleased with it. The thickness of it is awesome and it is All the Nordic Ware I have used is incredibly high quality, which is something I hold dear to my heart.
