After four or five years, 5 times in a row, with non-non-non-non-non Only use metal utensils; do not use non-metal utensils. In some places, the nonstick coating started to lift from the pan. Large areas of the coating have come loose in my most recent use. I've swapped it out for a heavy-gauge aluminum baking pan.
This one has handles, which is nice, but it's a lot lighter and thinner than the rest of my pans. It's also slightly smaller than the other pans because it fits inside them. Unless you stack the tiers on top of each other like I did, there isn't much of a difference. I had to shave the sides of my cake to make all of the tiers the same size because it was smaller. Work that I don't need to do.
In January, I purchased these and gave them a good review. Now that it's July, I'm rescinding everything I've said. br>br>These have darkened and are no longer non-toxic. stick. To clean them, I have no choice but to use steel wool, which, as you can see, does not work. There are some stains that cannot be removed. Even the parts that don't come into contact with food have become discolored and unsightly. They appear to be harmed simply by being in the oven. br>br>I am extremely dissatisfied.
The specifications are still missing. This pan was purchased to be used in my toaster oven, which has an 11-inch capacity. Regrettably, this pan is only slightly larger than 11 inches in diameter. With the handles, the overall length is 5 inches. The Amazon listing's specification section does not include that information. I wish I had taken the time to read the Q&A. Before buying this, read the section carefully because the outer measurements were provided there by someone. If I had known the true dimensions of this pan, I would not have purchased it. br>br>Aside from that, the pan appears to be in good working order and is very easy to clean - It's a lot easier than using one of my glass pans for a messy recipe. This pan is a good value if you don't mind the overall size.
What kind of kitchen would be complete without one of these? My goal is to declutter my cabinets, so I tried, promising myself that whenever a recipe calls for a 9-inch square pan (which is frequently, especially when I didn't have one), I'd use the glass containers I already had. Glass, on the other hand, cooks differently; many things took longer to cook and stuck like crazy. I'm so glad I finally gave up and ordered this pan; I've already used it a few times and everything cooks perfectly and slides right out. There's no need to soak the stuck food away; just a quick wipe down will suffice (don't scratch these pans or put them in the dishwasher to keep their nonstick properties). Also, at the big box store where I first looked for a pan, it was much more expensive. For the price and functionality, I give it 5 stars!.
For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of this pan, which arrived yesterday and was used to make a double batch of corn bread this morning. It came out beautifully. I used a little margarine to grease the bottom and sides of the pan, and the cornbread came out easily. The top and bottom were both evenly browned. The pan's dimensions are ideal for my toaster oven. This purchase has exceeded my expectations.
Although I expected it to be larger based on the pictures, this pan performs admirably. As a result, pay close attention to the numbers. It has a great deal of significance. I believe it could be a little less expensive for the price. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with my purchase. It's a nonstick pan, and it lives up to its name. Cookies, cakes, vegetables, and fish are all part of her repertoire.
This brand of bakeware is extremely dependable if properly cared for (as with anything else). I thought I ordered the 9-inch pie pans, but apparently I didn't. Oh well. I also bought the other Farberware 10-piece bakeware set, but there were only two 8-inch cake pans in it. What kind of baker makes such miniature cakes?.
