There was a time when I had a By Turning it upside down and running water on it and pushing on the bottom panel, I was able to get it working. Now that I know where the removable bottoms go, I put both together in the same pan before stacking the pans, and I don't have any problems stacking the pans.
With any cheesecakes I've made, there's never been a problem with batter leaking.
Although I am not sure what the highest temperature is, I am sure it can handle it. The temperature of my cake was between 290 F and 310 F A temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. The two of them are fine. As far as I know, they should work fine as regular baking trays and can be used up to the highest oven temperature you have.

The cake pan was pulled out just by pushing the bottom up. Even without pulling on the yellow tabs, I was able to open it. You had a hard time pulling that through, I think. Unlike other cake pans, these ones need to be raised high enough to bake a cake completely. I can split them into 4 layers so I can use both of them in whole caske mixes.
Having run a small GF bakery, these pans are by far the best. I have baked with many different cake pans before, and I can tell you this GF batters tend to be dry, so these pans bake evenly. In addition to this size, I wish to purchase some more.
I bought these cake pans because they are the best I have ever used. An advantage of this oven is that it has extremely high sides to prevent a spill. In my Strawberry Butter Cream Layer Cake, I made use of these ingredients. As I stand here, I am still laughing at how even and level my cake turned out. I was thinking of it appearing on a baking blog or the cover of a magazine. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be purchasing another set of these pans.
The person who packed these was not thinking clearly. could not be separated by tools or a heat gun even a large heat gun couldn't do it. It was like a perfect seal because they were both protected by plastic.
I like how easy it releases and how well it washes up. It is very heavy. I am very happy with that.
These pans have been on my wish list for a very long time. I inherited an 8" and a 9" pan from my mother, and I love that they work well. As the bottom of the cake lifts out, it is very easy to remove. It just needs to be looseened on the sides and pushed up from the bottom.
I am blown away by these Unlike a traditional spring form pan, this is easier and cleaner. No nooks and crannies for food to hide in and contaminate future cakes. Easy to clean. My daughter needs one, so I hope Amazon gets them back in stock soon. One of my chess sets has been stolen by her.
