For a recipe I'd been wanting to try, I bought this to make a homemade pound cake. It was the best decision I've ever made! Bundt pans like this are great! In order to make this cake, you must cook it for 1 hour 45 minutes. It is dense and heavy, so allow it to cool before serving. Without burning or sticking, it cooked without a hitch! It was a very good presentation. It is recommended.
I particularly appreciate the fact that it kind of has handles to invert the cake. A note to bakers! Flour and Pam spray are the perfect combination! You can see how beautiful it is right out of the pan.
I don't can think of anything that I disliked about them. It was just like I was a professional cook when I didn't see sticky drips where the dough was.
Buying is not a good idea. The edges of this product are so sharp that they actually cut me when I try to clean, use, or remove it. Even though the nonstick coating and the stamped edges are okay, it gets a little uncomfortable. That will be sent back to you.
My cake stuck to it. Apart from that, I like the size and design very much.
