In other words, you can use these aluminum 8" round pans by themselves to cook in the oven or to cool food.
There is no coating on them, according to my understanding. Despite the fact that they are shiny on the inside, I still coated them with non-stick spray before using.
The pans did not come with any of those. Additionally, the lip (top) of them does not appear to be strong enough to support a cover or lid. It's okay to use either aluminum foil or cling wrap, since the containers are pretty sturdy.

The material is aluminum, and the thickness is decent. There's a liner inside Dutch ovens don't need to be cleaned, so you can be lazy and not clean them. That is, if you are smart. That's why I bought it and guess what, I'm happy with my purchase!.
Those who are in need of special size pans should be aware that these are 7 3/4 inches at the outside rim, where the actual top of the container measures less than 7 1/2 inches and the bottom measures more like 7 inches. The disposable broiler pan came along with a round wire rack that is 7 1/2 inches wide that I bought to use with an air fryer. Despite its length, the rack is not even able to reach In the meantime, I have ordered some 9" cake pans to use for drips and reverted to wrapping tape around the 8" cake pans. It is likely that I will throw these away if I cannot find a use for them. This is the only pan I don't like to wash they are so greasy.
My primary purpose in buying these round aluminum pans was to use them in my 3-quart pans. Air fryer with a capacity of 9 qt. The covers fit perfectly, and they make the clean up process so much easier as I can simply pull them out, wash them and reuse them.
My purchase is great, and I'm very pleased with it. My dutch oven is 2 Qt cast iron, so the liners fit fine.
It worked perfectly for the small peach cobblers I made for a fund raiser at church.
Our next camping trip is going to include more supplies stored in our camping trailer!.
In spite of their age, these pans are still in good condition. Both rice puddings tasted good to me and they both worked for me.
