The exact thing I was looking for
5/5

If you want to make an angel food cake properly, you need to follow a few steps. In order for the batter to stick to the pan, it has to be able to cling to the sides. For this reason, I have given it a 3 out of 5 star rating for easy removal. It is necessary to remove the cake from the pan if you want to do it correctly. There are a lot of grocery and home stores that sell them, but there is no guarantee of quality It is coated with a sticky substance. I thought this was perfect. I am very pleased with how the cake came out and I am quite impressed with the pan too.

It is a fragile pan but I bought it to make angel food and chiffon cakes with it
3/5

Amazon lists a lot of tube pans that are not dishwasher safe One of the cakes I'm making is cool down after a x amount of time, and the last thing you want is them to fall out. Thus, it was primarily for its smooth sticky side that I purchased it. The only problem is it is so flimsy, even though it does the job well. In the first case, the product I received was bent and had to be returned. Although it's made of the thinnest aluminum, the second one was good enough as well. As a result, the insert would be beyond easy to bend, rendering it useless for any use. There are no tight fit between the insert and the base as things stand. To protect myself from leaks, I put a tinfoil liner on top before baking. It's a good thing nothing happened. While this pan seems to be working (at least for now), I would like to have one that was better-made. In the event that it bends, I shouldn't worry about how gently I touch it.

I am glad we have such a pan
5/5

As I ordered this pan, the following concerns were on my mind It leaks, has weak feet, and is light in weight. In contrast, I have had good results with the Fox Run brand and discount them on a nearly regular basis. There was only a short time for all of them. Concerns voiced by the reviewers must have been about a different product. I was impressed with how well this pan performed. There is no difference in weight between it and the It was my intention to use a pan with feet, so I would not have to use a bottle to hold the cake when it's As the feet are heavy and complex to bend, they are not suitable for bending The pan is surrounded by a 1/16-inch aluminum frame riveted to the bottom. These would have been useful, but they were useless. It was a disaster after the cake rose past the ends of the feet, causing them to be too short. I could not find a glass bottle or anything made of plastic to support the cake when I took it I did not notice any leakage from the pan. Then, I soaked the piece in water to make sure that it was In the absence of A stick may be better for this reason, but I wonder if I would gain the same amount of growth with one.

It does what it is supposed to do
5/5

The following is for those complaining about cakes or leaks not being able to be removed. Pans like this one are used for batter that has a thick, foamy consistency, like angel and sponge cakes. Generally, pans of this type are lightweight and do not need to be non-stick It's likely that other cakes will seep right through or turn out awful.

It is made of thin metal and is not built properly
3/5

I began by noticing that the outer shell of the angel food pan was not straight but rather curved We were pleased to see that each of our bottom sections was wrapped separately in plastic during shipping. In fact, the pan has three feet riveted to the outer shell and drop-in feet attached to the legs Bottom of the page Both of these features were of interest to me. There are several positives in this case. We're now going to discuss I have a problem We're dealing with a design issue here. In the 1st photo, you can see that the rivets are not completely flush with the inside of the outer shell, which prevents my cutting an angel food cake as smoothly as I had The following is Problem We are dealing with a material issue. They really mean when they describe their product as lightweight as you can see from the 2nd photo! A total of 10 ounces are contained within this product. There are less than half the calories in my same-weight diet The aluminum mixing bowl should be the right size. In the third photo, you can see the problem of dents as a result. I found that the product was coming new with two dents already (the one you see toward the left of the rivets), and given how thin the metal is, I am sure that I would create many more through normal use. Here are some examples of problem It is a manufacturing issue, which is the end of the road. In the case of the drop-off I cannot properly fit the bottom into the outer shell because it is too wide. You will hopefully be able to see the drop in the 4th photo The inner cone of the bottom is standing at an angle inside the outer shell. I attempted to illustrate this in the 5th photo, when viewed from the bottom, how the metal pieces on the inner side have an 1/8" gap while on the outer, there is almost a 3/8" gap - that is how far apart they are from being manufactured. I'm sure the batter would leak through not only when these cakes come out lopsided/angled, but also when they bake. In terms of how well it cooks, browns, or cleans, I do not have any insight into that, as I returned it immediately without actually trying it. It is going to be a brand I do not know.

This mess maker should be avoided! My body had to cool down for a day
3/5

Using this pan for the first time was my experience yesterday. I thought everything was going fine until my kitchen filled with smoke after 10 minutes of the dish being set in the oven. In the baking oven, half of the batter ran all over the bottom. The bottom of the pan had several small bends that allowed for leaks to occur. The purchase turned out to be a bad one.

It is the first time she has experienced something like this

Here is where you can write a review
I bought this for my wife because she has owned her old one In the process of baking the cake, the feet on top of the pan were so cheap that they bent away from the pan completely. Another order was just placed with another company but not with this one. It is the first time she has experienced something like this. It was a lot harder for her to be happy making angel food cakes from scratch.

Workhorse that is good at what it does
4/5

I haven't used it yet, but it is an exact replica of one I had previously and I am confident it will perform the same as it did previously. In my case, it is used for a heavy cake, and it is essential for It would be nice if it weren't However, as long as I don't drop it, it works just fine.
