Me and my husband made a chocolate banana bundt cake (well, actually two since we didn't fill the pan all the way up). Our first step was to flip it upside-down so the cakes could be retrieved As soon as I buttered the pan first, the cakes came right out, easy as pie. I was worried that since there were two pieces, the cake batter would leak through and spill on my counter, but it didn't. The bottom of the container leaked a tiny bit but it was contained and stuck to the bottom (but was easily removed). It looks just like it is described, and it is great value for the money.
The pan looked to be solid and I wanted to have it. Although it has only been a year since I replaced it, I'm already on my second one. Though I made chocolate cakes in my Instant Pot only with a plastic knife, and only cut the cakes with the electric knife, I find it to be clean and easy to use There are many areas where the stick coating has peeled off. I also have a problem with the insert fitting perfectly with the rim, so batter leaks into my cooker from the bottom.
As it turned out to be a lot smaller than I expected, I returned it.
My fruit cakes needed a medium size cake pan to be baked in so I have been on the lookout for one for a long time. The pan I'm using is ideal for what I want to do. I make sure that my cakes come out of the oven evenly cooked and easy to remove from the tins.
Using this product was very simple and I got the exact result I wanted. It would be recommended.
Reading reviews better is something I should work on. Cooking caused the batter to leak all over the place.
The product is nice.
