Would you mind telling me how deep this pan is? A cake with it would be a nice addition to an ice cream party. Is that something you think it would work for? I'd appreciate it if you could help me! ?

In most cases I would say yes, especially if the Angel Food Pan was normal. However, I bought it when it was on sale I KNEW THAT THE CENTER DID NOT LIFT OUT LOCATIONALLY AS CONVENTIONAL FOOD PANS DO. You should look for an ice cream cake that lifts up from the center, and ice cream cakes should be a "piece o'cake" to make.

How easy is it to remove the pan bottom?

There is no way to remove it.

According to the dimensions, it is 10 inches by 10 inches by 4 inches. Is that 10' in diameter, 10" high, and has a hole in the center of 4" in diameter?

It's great to have nonstick pans! There is nothing to stick to in this pan I can eat pound cake right out of the cake slide! The following points are very important to keep in mind No spray, shortening, butter, margarine, nor any other fat, oil, or spray should be put in the pan before placing the batter in it! If you do that, it will cease to be nonstick! You can pull out a cake perfectly every time by placing the batter in this clean, dry pan!

This is not the first product I've purchased. I had a silicone baking pan for years before I acquired this one. The result is much better than we had hoped. It is possible for silicon to rip when the cake is turned on a plate (which is exactly what we experienced). The product has been excellent on the other hand. There is no sticking or eating of cake on it. It's easy to clean as well.
