Everything seemed to be fine until my oven started to smoke. The butter or oil I use for frying, as well as any juices from fruit in a batter, leak out of the pans' folded corners. I lightly grease my pans and do not use baking spray as directed by the manufacturer, but I can now only bake with them after making careful preparations with foil or parchment paper. This is a huge disappointment. br>If I buy from this company again, I'll avoid any pans with folded corners.
Care must be taken according to instructions. Follow the instructions on how to use it. All of my items from the United States are hand washed (no scrubbing!). br>They bake evenly and are sturdily constructed. Muffin pans in both sizes, 8" and 9" square cake pans, and a cookie sheet pan for roasting vegetables are all in my collection. With the above, I've thrown out all of my older so-called "nonstick" pans. That's how much I adore this brand; I've even started giving them away as gifts! HOPE YOU ENJOY IT!.
Put an end to your search for alternative brands. There isn't a better baking pan on the market. It is manufactured in the United States, and no other company can match the baking pan. Thank you to everyone who participated. Keep the jobs coming, because the crew and producers are doing a fantastic job. I'll be buying more of your items in the future. TRUST must be earned, and you've done so. Thank you very much!.
The pans are a little smaller than others I've used, but they're still excellent nonstick cookware. This manufacturer makes sheet pans, which we have. One of the sets that arrived today is scratched on the inside, and I'm not sure if I should return both because of the loaf pan's damaged interior. It's a serious problem.
I had always used the less expensive pans, but when I started selling bread, I needed more. I ordered a couple of these and was pleasantly surprised by how much better my bread turned out. So I got rid of my old pans and now have six of these that I only use. I used to have to take my other pans out too soon to avoid a hard crust, but now I can leave my 1 pound loaves in for exactly 30 minutes and they come out perfect every time.
These loaf pans from the United States of America are durable and simple to clean. My pans are usually easy to clean under running water. All that's left is a quick wipe with a soapy sponge. These pans are also a little heavier than most others.
Heavy-duty pans with a good build. They can't be washed in the dishwasher, which is a shame because I'm sure it would extend their lifespan indefinitely. I was worried that the ridges would show up in the baked product, but they haven't (yet). Cleaning the corners takes some effort, but that's the cost of being super-efficient. I like the sharp corners.
They're designed and manufactured in the United States of America. Everything comes out beautifully from them, which is why I adore them. They come in a variety of sizes and shapes, which I have on hand. I'm gradually substituting these for all of my baking pans.
