The two Betty Crocker cake mixes I use (follow the directions on the back of the mixes) make three breads at a time. To each box mix, I might add banana, almond, orange, or caramel extract (a tsp is all it takes). I may also add a package of instant pudding from time to time. By dividing the batter between the 3 pans in one hour, I can bake the cakes. One of my dear friends has won a gazillian blue ribbon at the county fairs with her homemade cakes. It's amazing how good this Nordic pan is! like making loaves out of it because they look so great! The first few times I used it, it cleaned up easily.
