Road Pro isn't even a thing I know. It would be a good idea for me to check the measurements. A small loaf pan like this can be found here.
You're right they're stainless steel of very high quality. It is nonsense to be angry about metallurgy if you do not understand it or do not know the facts about it. In terms of stainless steel grade, there are several to choose from. This is where the metal content is indicated. For example, 300 series, 400 series, etc. As an alloy, stainless steel belongs to the group of metals. It is Chrome that gives steel its rust resistance, and it is Nickel that makes it strong. Stainless steel lower grades contain a greater amount of iron, which makes it magnetic. Grades of stainless steel that contain more Nickel will not become The science of molecular structure is involved in a lot more depth than that, but that's roughly the gist of it. You don't have to get mad about it. Gratitude is in order. Despite its low cost, it is of high You can see it by your magnet. *br>I hope it makes more sense to you

Two of these loaf pans were ordered by me in the past and I love I really love these as a kitchen tool. In the last couple of weeks, we ordered two more I sliced up my fingers while I was rubbing the grease into the pans. I ended up with five painful cuts across three fingers after just one pass. This is painful! As I investigated closely, I found that there were tiny bits of SHARP steel poking out of the corners of both new pans. These are otherwise excellent pans, and when my husband grinds away the sharp metal fragments, I will love them just as much as the first two he bought me. In any case, before you rub oil around the smooth inside of these, make sure to inspect them thoroughly.
The quality of this stainless steel is excellent, just like every stainless steel I've purchased from India. It is my pleasure to bake artisan 5-inch cakes I made a loaf in less than five minutes with this There is no need to pre-register Then heat the pan (pre-heat the oven), shape the loaf in the pan, let it rise for 40 minutes, score the dough, cover with tin foil to keep moisture in, bake at 450 for 20 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking You can make a perfect loaf of bread every time. Even better than baking in a preheated Lodge cast iron.
Not happy at all. After emptying the dishwasher this morning, I noticed that the washer had orange water in it. I realized it came from this pan after a few seconds. Its upper edge is rolled and has become rusted through accumulated water. It is made out of stainless That's right. In the pan now, there are many spots that are black and hazy. Norpro was a fairly good brand name in my opinion. Sorry, but I doubt it.
These are the only stainless steel bread pans I could find while searching for them online. It was a pleasant surprise that both loaves of bread were of the perfect size. Originally, I was worried they would be too small because of the oven size. These pans make my nonstick frying pans slippery! I will replace all my nonstick pans with these!.
I am very pleased with the results. As part of my 'no knead' bread hobby we have recently been enjoying lots of cold months, and I've been a little nervous about baking bread - especially in months when the air conditioner is going to be on. Our North Carolina state government has a lot of volunteers, which is good for us. When I first saw this loaf pan, I was enthused by its low height, a factor that, I believe, may be considered a negative by some others. Because it looked as if it would fit within my Black and Decker toaster oven, I decided to purchase one. Although we were just beginning to heat the oven, I was worried that the top of the bread would get too close to the upper elements of the oven Having said that, I made up a regular 4-point plan A cup of flour is added to no-knead bread and it is allowed to day, I had divided the dough in half and baked one half with the toaster oven (and put the other half in the refrigerator) to finish the loaf. Using 450F for 45 minutes, I baked the loaf of bread and it popped out directly onto the cooling rack after baking. Despite its thin crust and crumb, the bread tasted wonderful. During the summer, I will no longer be reluctant to use this loaf pan for many more loaves of bread.
I am glad to have purchased the product. Two of these loaf pans were purchased so I could bake sourdough sandwich loaves with Einkorn flour. The product having been used in a friend's kitchen, I decided not to wait and to go buy cast iron braziers that are a bit more expensive, even though they were available. Shipping has left a very slight dent and a few very small scratches along the rim on one. As the package had been marked "damaged" by the post office when it arrived in a punctured large manila envelope, the saucepans were not in perfect condition. Rather than having to deal with a return, I decided to use them, but I would have preferred if they had been in good condition when I received them. Their light weight and small size make them convenient You can flour your pans so they are easier to clean). Despite their low price and excellent performance, I believe these pans to be a good buy. So I can compare the performance of cast iron pans, I would like to get a cast iron pan. As well as glass pans, I have used metal ones that worked just as well, were easy to clean but weighed a bit more and were brittle.
Do not let your guard down! I think I will send back the Loaf Pan for a replacement as it has a sharp jagged edge underneath the rim. As a result, I was surprised since my other Norpro 9" square pan works perfectly. The loaf pan from Norpro is disappointing, as I love Norpro's products.
