Product Description

A professional couch is ideal for large bread loafing because it is sized at 35'' x 26'', providing ample surface area. Whether in the shape of a baguette or a bread of any size, they are easy to manage, easy to store and fold neatly

Material The Large Couche is made from pure, natural cotton linen, which is not treated or bleached. A linen bread, therefore, is the ideal way to transport excess moisture as well as provide a crisp crunch.

The thick and stiff fiber is a heavy weight, professional grade fiber for use at both the commercial and residential levels of sizing. The fabric is thick enough and stiff enough to form the bread, so it will hold its shape better than cheap fabrics.

Scrapers the package includes three plastic scrapers, which are designed to ease the process of kneading and cutting dough, however the scrapers themselves cannot be thrown in the oven. During the manufacturing process, each couche is first cut, then hemmed on both edges so it does not fray.

Easy to use for an experienced user, but tricky for In my opinion, the cloth seems tough and I have no doubt it will last a very long time

It's both useful and difficult, but I have a hard time working From the pictures, it looks like the folds are easy to make. The real world isn't like that. My baguette pan now has the right shape on the cloth because I put it on the pan. It is easy for me to move them from one cloth covered pan to the bare baking pan since I have two. Although I am afraid that is not the best way to do it, I will keep trying and maybe one day I will succeed. No matter how it's folded, the dough is an enormous size. Again, I'm unsure if I am supposed to fold it or unfold it.

I think this is a great couch. The recipe I developed has been used to make hundreds of baguettes. The width of the loaves needs to be wide enough to prevent the bread from falling apart. It's easy to clean. Just shake it out. The size is large and the bread may be made in six loaves or more at a time without too much trouble. It's a simple set of accessories, but they're For a baker of baguettes, this set would be nice.

What is the effect of it? The answer is yes. There are only a few things left of this thing, but it’s only the size of a small tablecloth. With just one loaf of bread, it can become a little difficult to handle. The fact that I have it is, nevertheless, a pleasure.
