The bottom is crispy and delicious. The extra money spent on sturdy is not worth it if it bows or bends.
My baguettes were homemade by me. I made it with whole wheat flour and it turned out great. well. Flower, dry east, olive oil, and water were used as ingredients. 1 egg, just to add a splash of color. The dough for the baguettes did not stick at all, and the pan is extremely thin and light. I strongly suggest it.
Baguettes turn out beautifully. I'm going to order another two.
The pan's sturdiness is appealing to me. It has widespread support. My husband enjoys making bread from scratch.

It met my needs perfectly! There was plenty of room in the freezer to stock up on bread, and the surface was clean. Perforations are required in order for the bread to become crisp all over.
This pan is one of my favorites. It's well-made and well-designed. My baguettes were crisp and had a nice crust all over. Unlike many other pans, this one allows you to make longer baguettes.
