I was a little skeptical that the pan would work, but I needed one that would fit my microwave convection oven. Not only did it work great and clean up easy, but the rolls came out golden brown on the bottom as well. A second one was purchased after I was so pleased with the first. It's so simple to pull out the rolls. Rolls will brown more quickly if you bake them for a few more minutes. Heat doesn't seem to travel as well across silicone as it does through.
