It did not turn out well following the recipe on page 30 of the baguette. Is there any advice you can give me?

Instead of flouring the baguettes, I found it much easier to use parchment paper. You will need to cut long strips of parchment paper that hang out the sides of the baker, wide enough so that the dough won't stick. Those can be stacked on top of each other. Be sure to give the inside of the lid a couple of extra squirts of water before you put it on. It seems that helps keep the steam level at the right level.

The red version was the one I received, I didn't get to use it. A linen order has been placed. I also don't feel that the lids seal much and if you poke the corner the whole thing will wobble, but I don't think that's a significant pain since the lid has holes Furthermore, if I am assuming correctly, the lid only remains on for a short period during baking. It's a really nice, shiny red but I didn't keep it because I couldn't see the EH very well on it. Those were not the words I wanted to hear. To be honest, it is to me. I know it isn't a big deal, but to you it is. Likewise, the baguette portion is slim but I think as long as the rise is good you should be able to make it expand. I may order the mini version so I can use them for subs or for whatever else I need, and I think more people will enjoy them too long to split into six rows, but can also be split into four rows. In other words, all of it is the same and whatever It is hard to find more admirers for Emile Henry than me. The dishes I bought from his site are so easy to clean and they look beautiful despite being made with such simple materials. If you would like to work with this brand, I recommend you become familiar with how to work it so that it suits you best. Many people use parchment paper so they won't stick, but maybe you can use another recipe like one from Emile Henry, which is known for being nonstick. To use another type of flour, you will be required to use quite a lot. It is always my pleasure to recommend different items in my reviews, and today I will suggest either the platter serving plate or the cheese platter serving plate from Emile Henry. A large pink board is about the size of a standard cutting board, and I imagine it will be well received. In addition, they come in a dark gray color that is absolutely disgusting. It's up to you to decide. I would definitely recommend this grill stone to my trillers since it looks amazing and is also perfect for items that would otherwise be lost in a grill or that may not occur to you to grill such as vegetables and salads. I. & II. I have to plug GIR and get it right as the company always gets it right. Make sure you check out their website for incredible deals and Amazon if you want to buy one item without the hassle of high shipping costs.

From its first use, it produced perfect baguettes every time. It's crisp on the outside, but soft and tasty on the inside. The price is a little steep, but the results should not be disputed.

In Europe, we built our baguettes using steam. Since we moved to the United States, we have used steam to make baguettes. I've never had to steam the oven to get nice baguettes from this recipe. Our recipe works great with this product.
