From its first use, it produced perfect baguettes every time. It's crisp on the outside, but soft and tasty on the inside. The price is a little steep, but the results should not be disputed.
There is a crack on the lid of the product, so I can't rate it. It was returned to me.
In Europe, we built our baguettes using steam. Since we moved to the United States, we have used steam to make baguettes. I've never had to steam the oven to get nice baguettes from this recipe. Our recipe works great with this product.
The software works well and is easy to use.
It's more than likely I would have loved this if it hadn't been broken when I got.
The solution to my baquette-making problems has been found. I am proud to have this bakeware on my shelf.
