The smoke alarm is triggered by the fumes

In the past three weeks, I've used this pan three Whenever I used the oven, fumes escaped from it and the smoke alarm sounded. The top rack of my oven is where I bake the breads at 475F There is nothing to indicate anywhere in the description on Amazon that this pan will reach a maximum temperature of It is possible I would not have purchased the item if I were aware of For those who bake breads at a similar temperature, I do not recommend this product My pan is going to be thrown away.

It's the best baguette pan I've ever used

The pans I used to make the gluten-free buck wheat bread turned out nicely. The bread can be a little dry since buckwheat bread can take a while to brown. However, with these pans (I bought two) the bread baked perfectly and browned beautifully in a short amount of time. I run a gluten free home bakery, and these pans are going to really simplify my life. More will be bought by me in the future.

The dishwasher cleaned it up nicely. I am guessing that the pan, tongs and pastry brush are made from silicone of high quality. Once I have had the chance to bake a baguette, I will update this review.
