Suitable for use in the kitchen

As far as I'm concerned, I've baked both baguettes and small loaves of Italian bread in this pan and so far everything has been perfect. All the parts slide out very easily when I oil it lightly. This is an easy to clean item It is a thin metal that tends to get floppy and fall apart when a lot of loaves are in it I wash mine by hand The easiest way for me to transfer the pan into and out of the oven is to slide a baking sheet underneath it. In terms of price, this is a very handy tool that helps hold the shape of dough for bread that doesn't hold its shape.

This is a better way to make baguettes! The pan is great! I love it! While I have made baguettes before, not using my 450-degree certified cookie sheet was a bit scary considering the recipe calls for an oven temp of 475 degrees Fahrenheit

I also found that my baguettes turned out to be a bit wider and looked more like a loaf of rustic bread by the end of baking. My first batch of baguettes with this pan didn't just stay the right shape, they looked exactly like baguettes made by a professional! However, my friends ate them too quickly, so I couldn't get a picture.

Baguettes are beautiful when made this way. When making GF bread that does not hold its form on a sheet pan, I use these cookies. Typical baguettes you would find in a bakery look just like those from here. For even baking, it is important to have good air circulation.

During the six months, this worked well I liked the baguettes because they were In order to prevent rust and corrosion, we gently cleaned it without using metal. With plastic spatulas, we had to pry out the last loaves. Clearly this tragic event is shown in the photo.
