Richro’s Baguette Baking Set includes a 4 row Baguette Toast Pan for French bread loaf, a bread couche, and a bread scoring knife Lame. Simply add water to make a bread batter and bake for about 15 minutes. This baguette pan is made of sturdy food grade carbon steel, with a Silicone coating that makes it easy to clean. I found the product to be of good quality at an affordable price

I was able to easily clean up the pan after baking the baguettes without any sticking. There is a higher level of quality in the coating than many others. A bread cloth should be used by me to cover dough as I want to free some of the gases in my loaves before I cook them by transferring the dough around just before proofing. The product is nice and I would buy it.

Make sure you hold the buns with both hands when you put them I found this to be a great way to try out a new bread baking method for a relatively low cost

Having wanted to make baguettes and rolls yet I had read that a baguette pan would be a good investment, I decided not to. The tool set was excellent and I've found it to be a great tool for my work. There is only one complaint I have about it, and that is it seems The dough can bend and everything can fall when you get it on it because it feels like it will bend. Do I feel unable to use it because of It's no problem at all I just make sure I pull it out of the oven with both hands. You may not be able to use it for a long time, but it will allow you to decide if you should invest in something else.

I think this is a great deal! It was a great deal to have a bread tray, baker table, and bread lame all together

Despite the thinness of the tray, it is very robust and well designed. It bakes French baguettes evenly, and I have used it to bake French baguettes. The breadmaker is a great value, especially for someone who is new to baking.
