I'm not sure how far away it is from the wall, but it appears to be around four inches.
2 is the size of the finial. 5" x 2". The measurements can be found in the final image.
Inside is a metal screw, but it's unclear whether it's made of plastic or wood. It's not made of metal. If you're worried about cheap light plastic, don't buy it. It's unclear where this item was made. I didn't bother to look into it.
Yes, as you can see in the third image, it comes with four brackets.

) br>br>I had read 'after' I bought these that people were starting to get scratches on the finials, but even if I had read that before I bought it wouldn't have made a difference because I had already bought three before this last set. br>br>I had read 'after' I bought these that people were starting to get scratches on the finials, but even if I had read that before I bought it wouldn't have made a difference because I had I trust the company that makes or sells these to do their job as well as they have in the past, and that "past" is relatively recent as well; I'm not talking years here. br>(To clarify, I previously purchased from a company known as "Bali," but this is the first time I've purchased from "Nesheck2. " They are still identical, so they must be sold by different companies)br>br>So, while I like the design and the previous ones I purchased, I would be VERY WARY of these, unless you don't mind scratches. There's a good chance you'll get scratched like I did and others before you. br>br>Someone over there needs to pay attention to this and figure out what's causing them to scratch! This was well packaged; it was wrapped in a SEPARATE thick plastic pocket before being placed in a special area within the cardboard box. This is inexcusable! br> br>br>However, I don't want to go to the trouble of returning them and all the trouble that may or may not entail; I have far too many things on my plate right now to devote time to this sort of thing. br>Because of the bright window it's on and the fact that it's up high and out of sight of most people, the scratches on mine aren't visible in this application. br>br>I have two more LARGE windows (120" wide) that I'd like to buy for, but I won't because they need to fix the problem; the problem is Quality Control somewhere in their company, from the beginning when it's made to the point when it's packaged; this is NOT an accident in shipping; it's before it's shipped. br>br>Nesheck2, please take action; you have a fantastic product whose name is beginning to detract from it. br>br>At the moment, I'd wait to buy these until they fix this inconvenient issue. br>br>Aside from that, they are very well made, strong, and look very nice!br>br>I would've given this 2 STARS, but I like them; when they fix the internal problems, I may come back and change this review, depending on how they respond to us scratched buyers.
If you don't need a rod with such a small diameter, go for something slightly larger. I got the longest one, which has four brackets and can hold up heavy thermal drapes without sagging, but it's a little chintzy. I bought this narrow one because I couldn't find drapery rings to fit my one-inch diameter rod, but the Ivilon rings do fit one-inch rods and look much better on something with a bit more bulk. We started by ordering a different rod and shopping at JCPenney's. This rod outperformed all others in this price range that I looked at. It's sturdy, attractive, but not overly so, and I like the brackets' design. They're incredibly simple to erect. We placed an order for the 72-hour delivery. The rod was 144" long and came with four brackets. Because the rod was not fully extended, we only used three brackets. It doesn't feel flimsy or cheap in the least.
The rod's appearance and design appeal to me - that the finial can be used on the end of the entire assembled rod or, to make it shorter, on either end of half of it. However, the instructions did not make this shortening clear, and I have never seen anything like it before. As a result, more guidance may be beneficial. My only real complaint is that the brackets are all one piece and not adjustable, which was a problem for us because the way our windows are designed, we needed an adjustable bracket in the middle - We couldn't use a middle bracket because of this. The rod, on the other hand, sags so little in the middle that it is barely noticeable.
They're curtain rods, so putting them up isn't difficult if you've done it before. There is a 2-point difference between the brackets. The stage setup makes the mounting process a little easier because you don't have to hold the bracket in place and balance a screwdriver while getting it up on the wall. That's great, and it looks great once it's up. My only minor quibble is that some dust or grit got into the packaging, causing minor scratching on the small piece when I extended the rods. I wouldn't return it because it's not visible most of the time and it's a minor flaw. Overall, it's pleasing to the eye and contributes to the room's aesthetic appeal.
These curtain rods appeal to me greatly. However, I would advise ordering a size larger. I went with the small size, which has a 48-inch length. I extended it to 45 inches, but it began to sag in the middle where the rods connect, so I wanted to see how they looked before ordering more windows. I'm going to order the next size up, despite the fact that it appears to be far too big, just to fix the sagging in the middle of the rod. Otherwise, I believe they are of good quality for the price, and I appreciate that they come with all of the necessary hardware, including anchors. My end finial balls were scratched a little, but it's hard to tell when they're hung up. I was surprised to see any scratches on the packaging because it is so nice. If there was no sagging in the middle, I would rate this product 5 stars. With a window as small as mine, this shouldn't happen, especially since I purchased the correct size.
br>This Ivilon Ball Style Window Curtain Rod was just what I needed! It looks great and keeps my valance in place without a hitch. br>While the hardware is included, I only needed the rod because I already had hardware on my wall for a double. br>My order arrived quickly, and the finials were well-protected during shipping. br>I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would gladly recommend both the rod and the company that sells it to others.
Everything is included in this well-made item at an affordable price; finals, as well as mounting hardware.
