Initially, my husband proposed putting curtain hooks into the wall, which would have looked great. However, we live in an apt in nyc, so the fewer nails in the wall worried because a lot of the reviews said that they slipped out from between your curtain and the curtain rod. However, I found the magnet to be very powerful, so I didn't have any problems sliding the rod out from your curtain. Given how cheap they are, I am surprised at how well they work.

They will keep my gazebo curtains from flying up in the wind. I have used them in my outside gazebo. Since they are short to hold back 2 panels of curtains, I had to tie them off, then connect them with the magnetics to provide the most support. So, I bought an 8 pack of these to help me keep the curtains completely off to the side. I am pleased with how things have gone so far. A pair of these ties on each side is sufficient for a picture window. I was preparing to double up on a large picture window with two sets of lined, darkening curtains on each side. As it turns out, the magnets perform much better than I expected. My plan is to buy more of these windows if I have more space.

Currently, they're holding back curtains that are heavy and thick. Once I snapped the ends of the tie backs together, they held firmly, and they made my window decor look so much better. This is a very affordable price when you take into account the number of tie backs you receive. I also love the fact that I can order two different colors in one order! you chose the wrong color because there is a second option for you even if you didn't like your first choice. My favorite thing is that I can do different things with them. The scarves can be worn either to the side, gathered in the middle, or wrapped around your neck. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes the headphones slip down my ear. A thin curtain is easy to adjust and does not leave a hole in the wall. The wall is blank.
