I didn't use the shelf straps because the legs are adjustable. It's also a fantastic feature because it makes it rock-solid stable.
The frame is entirely black, with a matte finish, and the shelves are made of wood (a rich brown with black markings).
We attempted to get a refund, but the seller insisted on us paying for shipping, which is nearly $100 to California based on weight.

I'd give the shelf three stars if it weren't for the poor customer service I received when I decided I didn't want it any longer and contacted the seller for a refund. I would have to pay to return it, which was fine because the product was not defective, but the seller gave me a non-refundable receipt. address that can be delivered When I contacted the seller, they assured me that the information was correct and that I should double-check my spelling. I tried again and provided a screenshot from the USPS website stating that the correct address was non-existent. to be delivered Again, the seller claims it is correct, so I double-checked the spelling! I decided to contact Amazon, but they were unable to assist me because the item is sold and fulfilled by a third party. They can only contact the seller on my behalf, but they always give me the same response: It should be sent to this non-profit organization. address that can be delivered I've learned my lesson and won't be buying anything from this third-party seller in the future.
I just received my lovely shelf unit from you, which I purchased on Amazon, and I'm very pleased with the quality and ease of assembly. Product of excellent quality, with simple instructions and well-packaged packaging. br>I am extremely happy!.
I was extremely concerned when I received this package via FedEx; the box appeared to have been chewed on by a wild animal. Because there were large holes in the box, I was afraid it was badly damaged and missing parts. I don't. Do you know why Amazon and/or Sellers use FedEx? They are AWFUL! To my surprise, everything was in working order and there was no missing items. br>br>I assembled the Self by myself because it was so simple. It's a very sturdy self that looks great, and I added LED under cabinet lights for a nice display effect that I bought from AIBOO (Seller) on Amazon. I'm quite pleased with myself; however, I wish sellers would stop using FedEx for deliveries.
This was exactly what I was looking for to fill in a gap in my decor! Very nice and functional, easy to assemble (with some assistance from my daughter) and sturdy!.
I'm very happy. The unit is simple to put together. My 11-year-old daughter did the majority of the work. Because the shelves and metal frame are made of two different materials, they are slightly different shades of white. The shelf appears to be quite sturdy, and I was pleased with how well it fit in the corner for plants.
This appeared to be so lovely in photos, but the frame is made of metal, and the white paint on the metal is more of a grey color, which contrasts with the white wood shelves. I wouldn't pay half the price for these shelves because they appear to be very cheap. The box was also completely destroyed when it arrived, but the shelves were unharmed. I should have bought the less expensive shelves instead of the ones that just vanished.
Actually, I was blown away by the quality, ease of assembly, and inclusion of all tools necessary to complete the task. They set the standard for what products for at-home assembly should be. It appears to be of good quality and is not excessively large. In my office, it works well as a multipurpose shelf.
There was even a screwdriver included! The metal frame is light but sturdy, and the shelves have a light wood grain texture that appears to be attractive. They're a little tippy on the straight sides once assembled, but that's not a big deal for a corner shelf, and once in the corner of the room, they're perfectly stable. I bought them to store my cast iron, so I was wary of putting too much weight on them at first, but now that they're put together, I have no reservations about stacking a few more pieces. These shelves have exceeded my expectations, and they are a great value for the money!.
