seems to be another model 23 wick out there that is shorter and wider. It seems like both of these describe a 23, but how do they differ?

It's too bad that we do not have a different size for the The 23 doesn't seem to be available in any other size.

Can this wick be attached to the model B using the same clip attachment as Aladdin wick R151?

It clips into the wick raiser, which is included with your burner or can be purchased as a separate component.

There was a problem with my 23 wick. A mismatch was found between the connectors. I sew it by hand, so why does it not work?

This N230 Nu-Drop has been my go-to drop in the past The wicks in my a are type wicks. Having no problems with your burners

I have not been happy with the customer service. In response to my questions, I emailed Antique Lamp Supply twice but never heard back. The wick I bought turned out to be the right size.
