Questions & Answers
I considered how this brush could remove lint from a wool coat after my previous response. Because the fibers are so long, you could hold and squeeze the bristles/fibers close enough to the end to stiffen them up enough to brush lint from a wool coat.
75 inches in length This brush is one of my favorites.
This small whisk broom with STIFF bristles measures approximately 3 1/2 inches wide and is ideal for certain tasks.
The brush has no markings, but it was most likely made in China. It's also not particularly good. Better are those that resemble old brooms.

I ordered a few from Amazon and the quality was satisfactory, with the exception of the non-square end cuts. Others with significantly fewer bristles, irregular spacing, and no square end cut can be ordered from Midland Hardware. I contacted Quickie and requested that the defective ones be sent to them. Explained that they could either replace with a better product and keep the defective ones, or they could not bother replacing them because they are unusable for my application and would be discarded. Quickie has sent me more defective replacements, all of which are of the same poor quality as the ones I sent. In fact, it appears that they simply returned the defective ones I sent, along with a few others that are even worse. They claimed that the newer ones would have fewer bristles, but this is no excuse for the poor construction; they still have ragged end cuts and irregularly deformed bristles. Six of the eight I've tried have broken down after only a few weeks of light use. Unfortunately, there are a few other companies that make much better poly whisk brooms, but none of them have the narrow width handle with long bristles. Even though they have excellent customer service, I will not be purchasing or recommending any Quickie brand products. A great design cannot compensate for a poor product. They also doubled the price, implying that they couldn't possibly have created a worse product.
This is the first time I've given a negative review to an Amazon product. This same wisk broom was great when I bought it in 2013, but the manufacturer has since reduced the number of bristles in their wisk broom, and this one does not perform as well as the previous design. This one has a softer feel to it and doesn't perform as well as the previous one. Look elsewhere if you require a stiff broom.
This is the only brush of this length that I could find. Unlike other reviewers, I was hoping for something softer to clean the deep fins on my ionic air filter, and these are stiffer than I expected, but that is a problem with my expectations, not with the product. This brush is fantastic. Personally, I'd rather have it than corn.
This was purchased specifically for my vehicle. It's ideal for quick cleanups and access to the well on the seat's door side. In the winter, I find it especially useful to quickly clean the mats after tracking salt and de-icing salt. Ice pebbles in the treads of my boots. I keep it in the pocket of my seatback as a handy little gadget.
bunches. What an excellent household utility (tool). I find that I'm constantly using it to remove and clean up pet hair - crumbs - It's tough and (light) to use, and it's resistant to dust and other contaminants. What I like best about it is that, unlike husk/broom whisks (I can't remember what they're called), the bristles don't fall out or split. d'oh!.
Whiskey broom of excellent quality. I've had a few for a while and they've held up well with little to no wear. However, I prefer a different whisk broom that I also bought from Amazon: Industrial Whisk Broom, Carlisle 3663400 Chemical Hand Broom, Grade Whisk Wisk Broom with Liquid Resistance. Although the Carlisle is more expensive than the Quickie Poly Fiber Whisk Broom, I prefer it. The Quickie is a better choice if you need a whisk broom with slightly shorter "bristles" than the Carlisle, which is several inches longer.
To remove grass clippings from my mower deck, I needed something weatherproof and with long bristles. I sawed off the handle and glued it to the side of my z-cart. Mower should be turned. I don't think the bright blue bristles blend in well, and I wish the bristles were a little stiffer, but it does the job I bought it for.
AUGUST 2013 UPDATE: The image on Amazon has been updated to match the product. br>br>THE CONTRARY: The whisk broom that arrived was not the same as the one in the photo. This is the one that arrived.
