Questions & Answers

What is the location of this brush's manufacturing?

A barcoded label on the product indicates the product is made in Sri Lanka. For a wood birdhouse of this size, it is not heavy. It looks like a single coat of clear wood finish has been applied.

What might happen if these bristles came into contact with fine plastic, such as the keypad of a microwave?

The screen of a microwave or a computer cannot be scratched by the tool. I like the idea that you came up with While very soft, the hairs hold their shape without being stiff, leaving almost no dust behind them. Due to its length, it is able to reach corners and other difficult places more easily than a conventional duster, and the dust moves from the hair to the brush, so that it does not get stuck.

Are dog hairs removed from crevices by this method? My sincerest thanks go out to ?

Maybe it's just me, but I drop hair every single time I use the brush I have.

the best tool to clean pollen off patio cushions and furniture. Which one is best for the job?

It appears to have good bristles, but I'm not sure how well it would cope

The horsehair brush in the photo is a great bargain
5/5

The only thing that cleans like horse hair is horse My dad gave me a horse hair brush that's more than 50 years old, and it works perfectly. Another similar brush of this type was needed for another location, and this one from Weiler worked This is the kind of brush I use when I'm dusting trim work or furniture between coats of polyurethane. Once I have applied the first coat of Polyurethane, I dry sand with 600 paper and then use this horse hair brush to remove the dust from the first coat. A tack rag is then used to remove any remaining dust. Using an air compressor or soap and water or both, it is easy to clean this Weiler brush. Despite the fact that you can spend a LOT more money on a similar brush, I doubt you will get better service or dust removal at any price. Hope this.

A genuine horsehair brush cannot leave beaded mortar on the tips of the bristles when it is used to brush freshly laid brick or block
3/5

Horsehair brushes are often described as horsehair brushes, but this brush is not one. In the almost 40 years that I have been a brick mason, I have used horsehair brushes, and they have disappointed me. If you brush newly laid brick or block with a genuine horsehair brush, it does not leave beaded mortar on the tips of the bristles as occurs with this brush. There is some type of synthetic material in this brush. It will build up on the bristles of this brush as fresh mortar stuck to the bristles. For the tips of the bristles not to get caked with mortar, I have to clean the faces of the bristles constantly. This problem does not exist with a real horsehair brush. It is very disappointing to find out that this brush is made from.

It looks as though the bristles are made of This brush is not particularly impressive
3/5

It has most of its bristles shiny and plastic-like, though you may find a few thinner natural ones mixed in as well. After receiving the product, I examined it again and found the following This fill material is filled with a blend of horsehair and fibers. in the "Product Features" section. Although the title implies the brush is mainly made of horsehair, I doubt that is the case. The brush was also stored or packed in a way that resulted in the bristles being bent. It may take time for them to straighten out.

Cat hair can be easily removed from fabrics by using this product
5/5

There are 3 cats in my household. There is one that sheds a lot no matter the season, and it A corner of the bed will have enough fur on it for her to make a cat toy out of it if she sleeps there. Every day I brush her, but it is never too hard That last photo is a bit sad (shocked she does not yet look bald). She likes using this brush so much that it makes it much easier to clean off where she lounges. Rolling the fur up into an easily-removable ball is easy with a few swipes The pick-up man It's all up to No matter what surface you're using, it will work on everything from a couch to a blanket to a towel. As she went through the fur, I found it was soft enough not to hurt the fabric but stuff enough to help me grab everything up without having to spend 10 minutes sweeping. In fact, I have it bookmarked so that if I ever lose my current one, I can buy it again!.

In general, the Weiler brush seems to last longer It consistently states that the brush's overall length is eight inches in Amazon's specifications
4/5

I tried to order the brush anyway, even though I knew it could not be right. There's no doubt that the bristle section is eight inches long and the handle section at least another four inches long. Sawdust was swept up using the brush and placed in a dustpan after being removed from the smooth workbench top. As a whole, the brush worked perfectly for the job and is just the right length. The bristles do sometimes come out and are left behind on the bench, as taken by at least two other reviewers. This is the reason I'm only giving it four stars. The handle tip seems to be deteriorating, but it is still early enough to evaluate the defect. If I see too much bristle loss, I may use a small artist's paintbrush and spray a little clear wood finish into each bristle hole of the handle. A total of $9 was paid. Ships for free for 04 with no shipping charge. I was contacted by Keith, the JeepShootist, for a review of his product.

During the summer months, however, she sheds like a dog
3/5

This is a truly inferior product. No one should sell it to the general public, including It is impossible to maintain such a brush without getting hairs on it continuously, not only strays now and then but shedding like a dog in the As a brush, this is as thin as a hair and it can barely clean surfaces. No natural grip shape can be found on the handle because it is very crude. There was an opportunity for me to purchase This will have to be done It was much softer and a much better bench brush from HomeDepot at a lower.

Choosing a good quality shop brush is essential
5/5

There is a machine tool in my work environment that emits a lot of aluminum chips and dust. They can be lightweight flakes that cling to surfaces so that a straw broom won't remove My rough plywood work benches are now clean and free from dust thanks to this brush. Fine dust too is no problem with this product. Despite my intention, I do not plan to use the brush on any of the oily surfaces that I have in my shop, because I think the bristles would not be able to absorb it well enough to not ruin the brush. It has not been long since I received the brush, but I can tell the bristles are high quality, and the brush has a very hefty feel in one's hand, much like a traditional brush. The interior of the house is going to get another one.

It's nice to have a brush in the workshop
4/5

I was trying to find a brand that has a good reputation but there are a lot of choices out there. As for the quality of the brush, it does the job, so I secondarily consider that. Although it has some shortcomings, it is still a good product. In the end, I'd say it's a 4 star product honestly. The brush's head is sanded to a point and kind of sharp, one side of the hole is chipped, the brush itself is crooked, and one side of the hole is chipped.
