It is a separate purchase that must be made.
Only the color of the filament distinguishes these two brushes. The diameters of the filling holes are identical. Dirt will show up more easily on the white than it will on the green.
No way, this brush is gentle enough to wash your car without scratching it. I've had this brush for a long time and it hasn't stiffened or dried out in the least. However, if your car is heavily soiled, I would recommend rinsing it thoroughly before washing it. I hope this information is useful.

Years ago, I used to own a nickel and dime car lot. Every morning, I used one of these brushes to wash everything on the lot. It remains in my possession. It continues to function properly. When I discovered that this brush was still available, I decided to purchase another. These brushes are great for quickly cleaning things. On my cars, I don't use harsh detergents or anything else that could harm the finish. These give you reach and allow you to clean things without difficulty or damage.
This item appeals to me deeply, and it will save you hundreds of dollars in car washes. It is incredibly simple to wash a car in your driveway. This item will pay for itself hundreds of times over if you save 10 to $15 each time you use it. It will also provide you with physical activity and a sense of accomplishment. This is an item I strongly recommend. A screw-on Pole handle, which costs between $8 and $12, will be required.
This is an excellent brush. It's large enough to make washing a car or a house a breeze. Big enough to fit in a regular bucket, but not too big. For car washing, the bristles are ideal.
I washed my car with it. It was so soft that I had to use a soft cloth to remove any remaining dirt.
It's also how I keep my trex decking clean.
It did a fantastic job of cleaning my PVC fence. Mold, mildew, dirt, and algae were removed from the fence with a cup of bleach and 5 gallons of water in a bucket, followed by light scrubbing. I'd say the bristles are a little too tough for a car.
The bristles are extremely fine and soft, but thick enough to absorb and hold the water and detergent in my bucket. I've tried a few other variations of this brush design and this is by far the best. It comes highly recommended from me!.
