Amazon is a fine place to purchase products, but not to buy them

Initially, I liked the product, but this shipment has been a problem. Three of the caps were broken, so I cannot use one of them. There are a number of cans, but the second and third squirt it out in a stream instead of a spray. As a result, it splatters all over the place. Because of this, I have to spray the cleaner on a wall, which changes how the cleaner works. When I buy it in a store, I am never bothered by these issues.
