The two I bought were both from Amazon. Two for my boyfriend and one for me. A little more firmness would be appreciated. It's not what my boyfriend wants, but it's what he likes. The ones that are too firm don't appeal to him. The price was a nice bonus, as it is such a soft pillow, so it might not work as a reading pillow without additional pillows for support. As a whole, it does the job I need it to do. The fact that it didn't come with a cover or I had to purchase an additional cover is disappointing to me.
