I like it because it allows me to sit The support and materials are of very high quality. My ergonomics probably didn't allow me to use it. My neck was completely destroyed by the device. I'm 5'11" and it shredded my entire back. I did not feel comfortable with that curvature. As soon as I wore it, my neck immediately ached. Afterwards, I had to add some pillows to fill out the curve so it would keep a bit of a straighter shape since the foam core collapses with heat. Add the curve to this and you've got one messed up ditch where your head is buried and your spine is bent in the wrong way.

I hate it when things get hard As a gradual incline pillow, I thought it would be helpful for GERD! But it is as hard as I tried putting a soft pillow on top, but it just hurts my Unfortunately, I cannot use this at all

I removed the plastic bag and found that it smelled of chemicals and had some dampness to it

The drying time was short. There is a smell of chemicals that probably has cancerous properties. This is a very uncomfortable mattress. The top portion is hard and the bottom is too flat. My arms go numb while sleeping. And it puts a lot of pressure on my lower back. This pillow does not appeal to me.
