There is no removable cover, so you have to cover it with a towel if you want to keep it free from lotions.
The idea was really great. Mother is ill and has swelling in her legs, so she must keep her legs up for the sake of reducing the I loved the size and comfort this pillow provided, but, after a week, the air started to leak out. However, the pillow does not appear to have any holes but the air only lasts about an hour before it flattens out. The dud is out of our hands because there are no returns. I understood that it was cheap, but it still should have lasted more than It is ridiculous that my mother should leak when she is such a small woman.
As a health care professional, I have a lot to do. Working 12 hour shifts for the past 2 or 3 days has left me on my feet all day. Although I have good shoes that provide good support, my legs would still ache sometimes all night long. With this inflatable leg pillow, I've had a lot of relief. I don't experience any leg pain at all after work if I put my legs up for an hour. Sleeping all night without pain is easy for me. When I put my legs on the pillow, they stay in place because the pillow is wide enough to accommodate my thighs. A good deal of its shape is retained. The fact that I can deflate it if I need to take it with me or store it is great. That won't happen (i. e. don't be fooled).
It is not possible for me to reach the seller to tell them that I cannot print a label, do not have access to a printer, and I can't get to the printer to print it if I could. It would be great if the replacement was made of a stronger and more durable material and I could update this review, but I'm leaving for Albuquerque in 8 days. Any time the seller chooses to reach out to me, I am open to doing so. As long as it held air as long as it did, which was pretty quickly, I was relieved.
It didn't move down my bed, which I often experience when I use my suitcase under my legs, so that was nice. If you're slender and short, you may be able to successfully wear this. The seller should be able to provide me with one of the "stronger stuff". I am tall and used to doing power lifting, so I need one of the "stronger stuff".

It is a great leg pillow. I use it to stand my leg up. As a result of complications associated with a knee replacement, I've had eight operations on my left.
