This product is not stiff, but it is supportive; however, some of them are stiff, even excessively so. This is a fantastic choice. It's perfect for what I'm looking for. This is critical because I spend a lot of time at the computer.

It's not always a good thing when something is ultra soft! Way too soft with no support; you'd be better off sitting in the chair without it
