Selected User Reviews For Lumbar Support Pillow for Chair and Car Seat - Memory Foam Back Cushion Relief Lower Back Pain - Ergonomic Back Pillow for Office Chair or Desk Chair - Innovative Lumbar Pillow Sitting Support
When I was using my computer, I found it difficult to sit in my chair for extended periods of time. I am an avid computer user who spends an average of 8 hours per day in front of the computer. For work, I spend 9 hours per day on the computer, with an additional 1-hour session on occasion. Two hours of free time I've only had this backrest lumbar support pillow for a few days, but I can't tell you how much of a difference it makes. My office chair and car seat are now much more comfortable, and I have significantly less back pain as a result of using this back cushion. This is something I would recommend to anyone, pain or no pain, because it will help with back support, which is always a good thing. My purchase has exceeded my expectations. This is much better than I had hoped for!.
My AnboCare lumbar pillow is perfect for me. This pillow helps with back pain. Its lumbar pillow is contoured to fit the curves of your back thanks to its patented design. br>br>This pillow is made of memory foam of the highest quality. Relief from pain in the upper, middle, and lower back. This can be used for any of the above mentioned things if you spend a lot of time in an office chair, gaming chair, desk or computer chair, home sofa, or wheelchair. I highly recommend them, and they have a wide range of products to meet your needs.
I adore this pillow, and I mean adore it. My back issues are mostly in the lower back, with some in the middle. Years later, he has recovered from a back injury. My back usually screams first thing in the morning, and it used to hurt all day in my office chair. I was able to sit and work much more comfortably with this pillow. This is a thick pillow with a slightly bowed shape that cups your back. br>br> The memory foam isn't so soft that you sink into it; instead, it's firm enough that you don't sink into it. The firmness of the memory foam is just right. The best part is that it has a clip on the back so you can secure it to your chair. br>br>It's been a life-changing experience for me with this back pillow. I highly recommend it, and I will purchase it again if it ever wears out.
It makes me so happy! br>br>I have a lot of issues with my back. Thoracic outlet syndrome is the worst, as it causes pain, tingling, and numbness in my forearms, wrists, and hands. The nerve compression in my case is the result of years of slouching my head and shoulders against the computer all day at work. The forward curve of my thoracic spine (upper back) is excessive. br>br>I'm constantly experimenting with different products and combinations of products to help me improve my posture while working (and sleeping). They never seem to be quite what I'm looking for. br>br>However, this is a physiolical support ART work. The majority of lumbar supports do exactly what they claim to do - they support your lower back. the lumbar region should be supported - and absolutely nothing else. This one provides both direct and indirect support to the lumbar region! It doesn't just jut out with a lumbar curve, leaving nothing above or below it. Its contours, on the other hand, support the lumbar spine and provide the following benefits:
- The pillow extends a little to the sides at the waist, providing good support when twisting and leaning to reach out and grab some papers, for example.
- The vertical shape of the pillow creates a healthy spinal contour from the top of the sacrum to the mid-back. thoracic spine. br>br>Because it is lower than the lumbar area and provides some sacral support, the base of the spine is better positioned to relieve lumbar pressure when sitting. Thoracic support also helps to reduce the tendency to round forward from the shoulder blades up, which is beneficial to the lower back. Consider sitting as upright as possible, with shoulders back but relaxed, and paying attention to how your lower back feels. Then, without doing anything else, relax your shoulders and head forward as if you're watching a computer video. You'll probably notice a difference right away if you've had back problems. If you can't feel it, take a video from the side or have someone watch you from the side. As your head and shoulders move forward, your lower back will lose any healthy curve or even curve in the wrong direction, and you'll most likely feel the extra pressure. That's why I think this pillow is brilliant. It doesn't just cram some support into your lower back. It supports the spine above and below the lumbar region, putting you in a better mechanical position and increasing the effectiveness of the pillow's lumbar support by orders of magnitude!br>br>And the design's brilliance includes those strange shapes reaching up towards the top. If it were solid all the way to the top without tapering to its narrow width, the shoulder blades wouldn't be able to move normally, and the cushion would actually push your upper body into a bad posture, increasing lumbar pressure (and wreaking havoc on people like me who have thoracic issues). This vision narrows to support the upper back's center while allowing the shoulder blades to move freely. In addition, that oblique U-shape the oddly-shaped space between the oddly-shaped space between the oddly-shaped space between the odd As you lean against it, the shaped bits at the top prevent any pressure from being applied directly to your upper back's spine. Instead, the cushion's support is placed against the muscles on either side of the spine. br>br>I have NEVER been this comfortable while sitting for this long in the last 20 years, not even in the sickeningly expensive vision ergonomic office chair I had to buy to get through grad school when I was fortycough years old. My only wish is for them to make a version with a different strapping mechanism. Mind you, the one they have is fine for strapping to a chair. But I'd love to see a version as well-thought-out as this one, with support extending perhaps 6 inches to each side, with the extra length made of a less dense, more pliable foam that ends in long, soft fabric ties. That way, when I'm at home, I can tie it around my waist and sit anywhere on the couch or wherever I want, knowing that the support will always be just right for me, rather than having to carefully line myself up with the cushion and stay put.
It's extremely relaxing. This pillow is one of my favorites, especially when driving because it relieves a lot of pressure from my back. It's reassuring to see how well the memory foam conforms to my back and relieves pressure.
This support pillow has an unusual appearance, but it is the best one I've tried. It's so relaxing. I use it to watch TV in my swivel chair, and it's like magic; there's no more discomfort. This is a fantastic pillow, to be sure. If you're like me and have tried a lot of pillows over the years, save yourself some time and buy this one instead. This review was not compensated in any way. I am a consistent customer who pays on time.
I call it my Malicifant Pillow, and I'll be damned if I don't use it. It's absolutely wonderful. Supportive, but not overbearing, and makes a difference. I've only had it for two days, but so far I'm enjoying it.
" This little fellow is always in my car with me. I have a fractured vertebrae in my lower back, and this pillow helps to relieve the pain and pressure that comes with sitting for long periods of time.
