Because I spend so much time in my car, I decided to get this for it. Unfortunately, it did not fit properly in my Prius seat, which made me feel even more uncomfortable than before. However, I can see this working well with the right fit. It's well-made and sturdy, and the elastic is long and adjustable enough to fit a variety of chairs and seats. (The item I'm reviewing is more like a memory foam roll with elastic Velcro straps, rather than the flatter molded piece often shown with this. ) I'm not sure why there are two photos for two completely different items. ).

The ideal density for a McKenzie lumbar support pillow, according to my physical therapist, is about the same as a rolled up towel. You can squeeze the LitoTree pillow to the point where your thumb and fingers are less than an inch apart, but there is no substantial support. This shouldn't come as a huge surprise, given that the word "lumbar" is misspelled on the box. The Vive Lumbar Roll is a much better alternative, and it's also less expensive, so it's a better value.

F that - Wear it backwards like a Fanny Pack to bring comfort with you wherever you go. It's also less difficult to adjust in this manner. I've had my first herniated disc, which has made sitting a nightmare, but I work at a computer and enjoy gaming. This is the only thing that allows me to sit comfortably for several hours; I usually start with it on my lower back and gradually move it up and down to gain more comfort. Years ago, I was diagnosed with spinal issues, but I was able to manage the pain with back exercises. Every year or so, I get muscle spasms. I started a home-based company two years ago. I'm constantly bending over, sitting on the floor, or working at a computer, all of which can result in severe pain at any time. br>br>Another member of my family suffers from back problems. She recently bought a new couch with a lumbar support pillow and couldn't stop talking about it. I decided to try just a regular lubar support pillow since I wasn't getting a new sofa. I decided to give this one a try because it was reasonably priced and had good reviews. br>br>During the day, I leave it attached to my chair so that when I do get a chance to sit, it will be there. The pressure I feel when I lean back on it not only relieves my back pain, but it also forces me to maintain good posture. My shoulders are straightened, and my abs are tightened. I also notice that as I get up and perform other tasks, I maintain this posture.
