My physical therapist recommended that I get a lumbar support, which I did, but it's a spongy memory foam that compresses a lot. My back was more uncomfortable after about 30 minutes than it had been when I began. Although it appears to be a good product, it lacks firmness. I even noticed errors on the box, indicating that quality control in China is lacking. I'm going to put the 30-day no-questions-asked free trial to the test.
It could be an excellent present for a family member or friend. I had terrible back pain for almost a year after giving birth to my daughter, and this small lumber pillow really helped and supported my lumber. After sitting in an office chair for a day, I always feel hurt, and the pain can last until the next day. I feel like the pain isn't as bad now that I'm using the pillow, and it's getting better. And I can't feel the constant dis-ease when I wake up in the morning. a sense of ease This is something I recommend to my mother, who frequently complains about lumber pain. And I'm considering purchasing a second one to keep in my vehicle. Driving back pain has always been a source of concern for me, but I believe that by using a lumber support pillow, I will be able to drive for a little longer. Just remember to clip the coupon; it'll save you money! This is an excellent product for office workers, long-distance drivers, pregnant women, and women who have recently given birth.
Because I spend so much time in my car, I decided to get this for it. Unfortunately, it did not fit properly in my Prius seat, which made me feel even more uncomfortable than before. However, I can see this working well with the right fit. It's well-made and sturdy, and the elastic is long and adjustable enough to fit a variety of chairs and seats. (The item I'm reviewing is more like a memory foam roll with elastic Velcro straps, rather than the flatter molded piece often shown with this. ) I'm not sure why there are two photos for two completely different items. ).
As a freelance videographer and editor, I spend a lot of time sitting. br>I'm frequently in different editing studios with uncomfortable seating. br>br>I've been using the Lito Tree Lumber Support Memory Foam Roll for about a month and have noticed a significant improvement in my seating comfort, not only for my lower back but also for my neck. I find myself resting my neck on this pillow attached to the back of my chair from time to time. br>br>Another excellent application is while waiting for a flight at the airport. Because layovers can last for hours, the compact design and memory foam feature make this easy to pack in your carry-on bag. put it on and go for it- the- Overall, I'm satisfied with this product. br>br>Thank you, Lito Tree!.
The ideal density for a McKenzie lumbar support pillow, according to my physical therapist, is about the same as a rolled up towel. You can squeeze the LitoTree pillow to the point where your thumb and fingers are less than an inch apart, but there is no substantial support. This shouldn't come as a huge surprise, given that the word "lumbar" is misspelled on the box. The Vive Lumbar Roll is a much better alternative, and it's also less expensive, so it's a better value.
F that - Wear it backwards like a Fanny Pack to bring comfort with you wherever you go. It's also less difficult to adjust in this manner. I've had my first herniated disc, which has made sitting a nightmare, but I work at a computer and enjoy gaming. This is the only thing that allows me to sit comfortably for several hours; I usually start with it on my lower back and gradually move it up and down to gain more comfort. Also, if we all start wearing this new fashion statement, we'll be able to recognize each other in public and start a back-and-forth. The world is being taken over by a pain cult.
Years ago, I was diagnosed with spinal issues, but I was able to manage the pain with back exercises. Every year or so, I get muscle spasms. I started a home-based company two years ago. I'm constantly bending over, sitting on the floor, or working at a computer, all of which can result in severe pain at any time. br>br>Another member of my family suffers from back problems. She recently bought a new couch with a lumbar support pillow and couldn't stop talking about it. I decided to try just a regular lubar support pillow since I wasn't getting a new sofa. I decided to give this one a try because it was reasonably priced and had good reviews. br>br>During the day, I leave it attached to my chair so that when I do get a chance to sit, it will be there. The pressure I feel when I lean back on it not only relieves my back pain, but it also forces me to maintain good posture. My shoulders are straightened, and my abs are tightened. I also notice that as I get up and perform other tasks, I maintain this posture. I know from previous experience that strengthening my core will also help keep my back in good shape. br>br>I've also used it to help with my neck. It's ideal for keeping your head supported while watching TV or sleeping at night. To get an arch to support my neck, I sometimes bunch up my pillow or place another pillow under it. br>br>The mesh cover is comfortable, breathable, and machine washable, so I don't have to make my own improvised support. br>br> I'm not concerned about the roll flattening because the memory foam appears to be of good quality. I would strongly advise anyone suffering from back or neck pain, as well as headaches, to use this lumbar support roll.
