My pillow was vacuum-sealed to the point of being tightly coiled when I received it. It's been out for more than 30 minutes and it's still as flat as a pancake. It was stated in the description that it should only take two hours. The time limit is five minutes. I'll have to go out and buy a new back pillow now.
I'm so happy I did. The product comes vacuum-packed, as other reviewers have noted (mine did not have a odor). It took an hour for mine to fully expand, but once it did, it took less than a minute to attach it to my chair. The soft memory foam is my favorite because it completely molds to your back and provides the necessary support. It's also pink, which is the cherry on top. I've had it for almost a week and can't say enough good things about it. You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase.
It helps my back a lot. I really like it. It is extremely beneficial to me. HOWEVER. The odor. The smell, ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh utterly revolting! It needed to air out, and the cover needed to be washed! For that, I deducted a star. Something must be done about this because it is not acceptable. At all.
I suppose I can't complain too much given the price, but I was disappointed nonetheless. It's made of flimsy, low-quality material, but I suppose it helps me sit up straighter. It has adjustable straps, which is a plus, but if I could go back in time, I would probably go with something else.
Thankfully, the smell was gone after some sunshine and fresh air on the foam, as well as a thorough cleaning of the cover (with disinfectant). It was made or stored in a urine-infested barnyard, according to the label on the package.
I've tried a lot of different lumbar pillows, both to sit on and to lean against, and I've spent a lot of money in the process, but I've finally found one that works! This pillow is extremely comfortable, and it was the most affordable option on Amazon! I'm blown away. This is a great product! And it's pink! It's supportive without being huge and awkward, and it molds to the shape of my back without being smashed down too hard.
So we got this, which is held in place by a strap that wraps around the back of the seat. I discovered that by raising the support, I could get upper back support! Very relaxing.
I was really looking forward to this, but there was no help. I work from home, and my office chair hurts my lower back after a while, so this item looked full and supportive when I saw it advertised, but it arrived vacuum sealed. According to the listing, you should wait two weeks. I set aside 5 minutes for the foam to expand, but it hasn't expanded after much longer. It doesn't appear to be the same as the photo. br>This "lumbar pillow" is extremely flimsy and does not provide any support! br>It is not something I would suggest. Disappointed to the point of frustration.
