It's sturdy and of good quality for the price; all I had to do was cut out the bottom section to fit it over my bed. It's large enough to cover my queen-size bed! I don't think the netting has any holes or problems. Since I cut the bottom, I bought things separately to keep it from sliding down my bed, but it doesn't really need it because it stays in place pretty well already. br>br>The only drawback I can think of is that it has an odd odor, but it fades quickly and isn't too bad.
Beautiful and very nice for the price!.
So I got this out and put it up and apparently forgot to take pictures, but I can tell you it's really cool. The mesh is a really nice tight weave, if that's what you want to call it. It comes in a carry bag that is perfect, and it comes with great instructions for getting it out and popping it up, which is really just setting it down and pulling out one corner, and then it stands up on its own. br>br>It also has very clear instructions for putting it back into the bag, which took me only a couple of tries to figure out because I tried it once before reading the instructions and it didn't work. Then I read the instructions and folded it in half, making circles with the ends, and putting it back in the package (not the package, but the carry bag). br>br>This weekend, I'm taking my daughters camping, and I'm going to give it a shot in the camping world live action, and we'll see how it goes. I was expecting everything to go perfectly.
However, it has a very strong musty odor. I'd have a problem with it if I was going to sleep in it. However, I purchased it so that I could sit outside without being eaten alive by mosquitos. You can't do that without dousing yourself in bug spray if you live in Minnesota. It's simple to set up, as long as the kids don't make a game of going in and out, letting all the mosquitoes in! If you want to put it back in the bag, it's a little more difficult to take down, but it's still not difficult. The screen materials don't appear to be of high quality, but only time will tell.
Throughout the summer, we relied on this to keep us safe from mosquito bites. We put it on the front porch with a bunch of pillows, blankets, and softees for sunset cuddles because it fit our full-size mattress pad. Two people can easily fit in. The zippers are well stitched in; br>br> Even after four months outside, there were no issues with sticking or ripping. br>br>Because it folds up so small, we took it camping to enjoy by the lake. I would strongly suggest it.
This is perfect for my back yard chaise lounge, as it keeps the flies, mosquitos, and spiders at bay while I relax and enjoy the sounds of nature.
I live in the country in Ohio, and to top it off, I live near a river. That being said, the mosquitoes are horrendous, and that is probably an understatement. I've tried repellent, tiki torches, and even candles, and I've come to the conclusion that it's all a hoax. We all enjoy camping, so I decided to get this for my 3-year-old to use as a sleeping bag. It's worked so far, which is fantastic. Because the material is so thin, I'm not sure how long it'll last or even if it'll last the season, so we'll see. It is simple to assemble and dismantle. Because it's made of mesh, it'll keep you cool. It's not bad for the money, and if you have a lot of mosquitos, you'll probably enjoy it. I would suggest it.
