br>I am a female who, unfortunately, suffers from severe eczema breakouts; no matter what I do, I am always on a rollercoaster of severe skin allergies and breakouts. br>br>Last week, I traveled to my hometown and booked a hotel near one of my favorite neighborhoods. My first shower was a million times better than the one I had at home. It was impossible for me to figure out what it was! IT WAS THE FILTER, BR>BR>IT WAS THE FILTER, BR>BR>IT WAS THE FILTER, BR>BR>IT WA br>br>I was in such a desperate situation. I couldn't figure out what was causing my flare-ups to become so severe that my skin couldn't hold moisture. So BOOM! I purchased a filtered shower head from Amazon that removes TOXIC WASTE and chemicals from your water, which is causing your eczema to flare up. THIS IS NOT A KIDDING MATTER. Doctors are only interested in making money off of you, so they will not tell you the simple things. Please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please Even though I've only had it for three days, it's already made my skin feel incredibly soft! You are no longer required to suffer. br>br> It's now or never to reclaim your power! 💜.
I tested the water quality with two different devices before and after installing this so-called "smart" faucet. referred to as a filter This device did absolutely nothing for me. Simply 100% a waste of money !.
It arrived on a Wednesday, following a long and arduous day at the office. I was down with the coronavirus, so as soon as I walked in the front door, I was thinking shower. What exactly is going on here? A box. When I opened it, I found the Amazon-ordered shower kit inside. Meh! I was too tired to put it together, and I desperately needed a shower right now. I paused as I turned to walk away, glancing at the shower head's box photo. I did the same for the extension arm and the filter housing after that. I realized in a flash that I'd installed a lot of shower heads before, and I knew right then that I could do it in ten minutes. I was now putting myself to the test, and I was willing to accept it. br>br>I ordered the high-pressure "rain" shower head from Spark Pod, as well as the 11-inch extension arm and filter housing with cartridge. All of them came in color photo boxes with complete sets of instructions and extra seals and strainers inside, wrapped in a clear plastic bag. There were no obvious flaws in any of the packaging. br>br>I began by removing the old shower head and cleaning the old Teflon plumbers tape from the protruding shower stem. If it's on really tight, you might need to use a crescent wrench to get it off. It took me less than two minutes to complete this task. The old one was thrown away immediately. br>br>After that, I'd tape all exposed threads with Teflon plumber's tape and attach the filter housing to the shower stem. I did it entirely by hand, without the use of any tools. The housing threaded easily onto the tape-coated threads of the plumber. Make certain a rubber o-ring is present. The housing stem has a ring around it. A filter screen should also be installed at the next connection point to the extension arm, which will connect to the filter housing that has already been installed. By hand (no tools), I was able to connect both of these parts in under three minutes. A filter cartridge should, by the way, already be installed in the housing. The housing unscrews easily by hand to reveal the hollow interior, which houses the cartridge. br>br>Finally, connect the extension arm to the shower head. Make sure you've covered the exposed threads with plumber's tape once more. Also, make certain that each connection point is equipped with an o-ring. ring. Where the arm connects to the shower head, there will be another mesh filter screen. Without any tools, this took another 2 minutes. br>br>After turning on the shower to check for flow and leaks, take another minute to double-check that every connection was hand-tight. On the first check, I noticed a very minor leak at the filter housing, so I gave it a little more twist by hand and it went away. There have been no leaks in 5 days. br>br>If you want a faster flow, you'll need to remove the shower head's restrictor ring. You'll need to take out the rubber o-ring. From the open end of the connection, a ring will ring out. This is simple enough to accomplish with a pair of tweezers. The plastic restrictor ring should fall out as soon as you turn the open connection end down. If it's stuck in the threads, use the tweezers to pull it out. By removing this ring, the shower head's flow will be increased. br>br>Even though I'm not a plumber, I was able to remove and replace this 3-piece faucet. In about 10 minutes, you can have a complete shower set. Most people, I believe, would consider it worthwhile if it took them 20 to 30 minutes. Time limit: 30 minutes br>br>How is the shower going? In comparison to the old shower head, it's like bathing under a waterfall. The extension arm's increased range of motion has convinced me that I don't need a hose with a removable head. The filter's added benefits should result in fewer potential toxins and more nutrients in my shower. So, if you're looking for a budget-friendly shower head, you've come to the right place. I highly recommend this product because it is simple to install and provides a great shower experience.
This is in a shower that is only used by two people and is about 45 minutes long. There were a total of 50 showers. The water didn't seem to have changed at all. Don't throw your money away.
I don't have a filtration system and my water is extremely hard. This makes my hair soft, and my skin feels clean and fresh, rather than dry and itchy as it did before. It took only ten minutes to set up. I also purchased their rain shower head, which is fantastic. It is something I strongly suggest.
The city water was making my skin break out. For my skin and scalp, there are too many chemicals. The filter was successful in achieving the desired result. It does wear out quickly (as noted in independent reviews), and you'll have to replace the $8-$10 battery. Every couple of months, I use a ten filter. However, it does the job, so I can't really complain. It takes about 5 minutes to install and set up the filters, and 2 minutes to swap them out. If you don't run the water in the shower too hot, you can get three months out of a filter.
So I had to get this because I recently purchased a new sparkpod shower head, which is fantastic, but after my showers, I noticed my skin was extremely itchy and dry, which was unusual. As a result, the firm informed me that I would require this filter. So far, everything appears to be in order; however, it is quite large, which surprised me. It performs admirably. There will be no more itchy skin.
According to what I've read, our bodies absorb more chlorine from our showers than we do from our drinking water. When you use this, your skin will instantly notice a difference. It was especially noticeable in my hair. Considering we're removing a source of toxic chemicals from our bodies, those are probably not even the best advantages.
