Hi Casie. To replace the vitamin c block, unscrew the shower head faceplate and remove the block that needs to be replaced. Then simply push the replacement block back in place after peeling off the 'OPEN' sticker. Thank you for reaching out to us with your query.

This is an excellent product. It was simple to set up, I like the water pressure, and it makes my skin feel soft and clean. It's simple to install this shower head. Installing a shower head was one of my primary concerns. previously had bad experiences with shower heads that were more expensive and difficult to install. This one isn't going to be as straightforward as 123. VIOLA! I've recommended it to a family member, and they enjoy it as well!.
The only thing I don't like about it is how loosely it fits into the holder. When you turn on the shower, the shower head moves, causing water to splash all over the place.
At first, I thought the product was fine, but my son and I both developed acne/pimple-like mounds all over our bodies (back, arms, legs, and face) as well as itchy skin within a few days. If you don't have one of these, your shower head will not work properly. Definitely not a good idea.
Until I purchased the refill, I had no issues with the small balls inside. The white balls break down, and the small fragments get stuck in the shower head. It's extremely irritating, and it makes showering a chore. Because the white pieces are blocking the holes, the shower streams end up all over the place.
This item is fantastic, and it's also a great gift. However, I noticed that the scent block that came with the shower head still had the factory sticker on it; So much effort was put into it, only to be thrown away. I was always perplexed as to why the shower head had an 'open' sticker. Without it, the scent seems to be much better.
It appears to improve the softness of the hair. I used an old shower head to hold half of the beads and one Vit C cartridge. I'm not sure how the Vit C cartridge would dissolve in a shower because it's made of hard plastic. In a few weeks, I'll check to see if the product has dissolved and is functioning properly.
To get rid of the chlorine odor in the shower, I purchased this. It works perfectly. When I shower, the scent pervades the entire upstairs. If you have dry skin or hair, this is also a great product to use. Since getting this, I've been using less lotion. I adore it so much that I purchased a second one for a member of my family.
