There is no doubt that you My bathroom has a 32" wide shower stall, so I bought this. Due to the relatively light weight of each metal tube, I actually used both rods (one inserted within the other) as reinforcement, then carefully cut the tubes from the metal tubes with a hacksaw. There is very little effort required to cut it. I'm in charge of You are a handyman or a do-it-yourselfer who is proficient in some basic tools and knowledge The cabinet certainly can be cut down and modified to fit nearly any shorter size than the 38" minimum size the manufacturer intends on boxing it. Having done it myself, I know for a fact that the results are sturdy and is also nice for me because it is one seamless rod and eliminates that pesky hump where the shower curtain rings get caught up where the small pole meets the large There are two brackets included with this item. Rods of varying sizes are each fitted with a bracket having a different size hole diameter. Take advantage of the excess of both rods to install the system and cut it off. There's no doubt about it- It is possible. Make sure you plan carefully before you cut.
Unlike the other one, this one is only curved
While I am not sure if a span of only 40 inches would produce an offset of roughly 6 inches, it seems that way.
If you had to cut it, what would be the purpose? With the telescopic arm, you can adjust it to 38"-39" "70" in height. You can put anything between these two.

The installation is on porcelain or ceramic tile. Shower curtains can be held in place by the rod, which is light in weight but holds a lot of weight. In the directions it should be made clear that anchor holes should be drilled 5/16 " deep to attach to tile. Tile drill bits with carbide tips must be used for ceramic tiles. You will need a diamond tip bit that costs around $15 to work on porcelain tile. You will need to watch videos on U Tube if you have never drilled porcelain before.
I received this item today and put it back in its box immediately. This product has got so many great reviews that I'm confused. There is a lot of excess weight and I feel the rods are The paint on the black car I ordered came with bubbles and scratches when I opened the box. I have a small household, so the quality of this carpet is not enough for me. Let me know when you get.
I'm very pleased with it. You'll love this rod if you are in need of a little extra elbow room in the shower and hate it when the curtain touches you during the shower! By simply installing this rod instead of the average straight rod in the shower, I have much more space in the shower.
As far as the shower curtain rod itself goes, it is sturdy and looks good. Installation is made easier by the attachments that move on the wall. There is absolutely nothing to be said about the wall anchors that were supplied with it, as there appears to be with most of the items As I am currently drilling anchors in and pulling them out of the wall, I am wasting so much time. It ended up just being a case of using the wood screws I had and hanging So far, from where I can tell, they're holding but we'll see what happens in the future.
As well as looking great, it is very functional! Being uncertain about how far it would stick out from the tub edge, I was worried that I hadn't placed it in the right spot. In order to specify, I measured 76" up from the floor, which is where my bottom screw was placed, and 2" from the bottom of my screw. In the shower, place a 5" distance from the edge of the I hope that was helpful!.
Mine goes from a wall on the left to the side of the window on the right, and it works perfectly. seems to make your shower bigger and more pleasant to use because it is attractive and makes it seem bigger than it is. Your work on this one is outstanding!.
Make sure the fit is snug. The power tools you need are definitely essential.
However, since it's curved, it can take a little longer because they are both curved. Everything you could ever need for installation is included. Apart from that, it's an amazing rain shower rod.
