It was easy for me to put this up. You won't believe how relieved I was to hear that. In spite of having severe RA in my hands, I was determined to do this on my own since staff members here don't wear masks. keep a curtain and liner on the rod, and they stay in place well. As an alternative to twisting, I spun the bottom of the pole until it was about the right length rather than twisting it.

I have ever had a pressure type shower rod that is the best. There were three other brands I bought and all of them came with lightweight It was impossible to even put up a decorative curtain. I highly recommend this particular shower rod. I will be replacing all of our other shower rods with this brand in the near future.

This product is exactly what was described on the website. Other tension rods can be a little less robust and 'lightweight' than this tension rod. The shower has not fallen yet, even with four people in and out of it constantly. I am very pleased with this.

This type of rod is called a tension rod, I don't understand why they are called that. In other words, compression is what allows them to function. In any case, they appear well made, especially considering the 'black' finish looks more like a very dark bronze matte finish. However, I feel like I paid more for the ad which promised "never rust" (seems to be confirmed in reviews), so we'll see how it goes. Nonetheless, the springs are pretty strong (yet flexible enough) with good grippy (white) rubber pads to keep the curtain upright (approximately 2" in diameter) and seem to be well-built. You can easily adjust the length of the cord by twisting it. To pull the curtains on, (at least) one pad end pops off.

So, I ordered this rod in hopes that the silicone would make a difference. This rod did the trick, and I was surprised. The answer is yes! According to its description, this rod works. It only took me a minute (if that, really) to install it (according to directions), and it has not yet collapsed. I have never heard of it. This new shower curtain rod has made me so happy. I like this 'black' color because it matches my home's 'oil-stained' look Fixtures in an oil-rubbed bronze finish. A solution has been found! THE UPDATE IS I'm still standing with my shower rod up, even though today is April 30th. Wow! I am so.

people out there, I have had my fair share of bad experiences with shower curtain rods breaking after a while.
This shower curtain rod was very easy to install and the quality was well My family members pushed and pulled on it aggressively, so I was surprised at how it handled them. There is no reason not to invest. It is a product that I highly recommend.
