It works perfectly with the white metal rings that have clips on the ends of this white shower rod with a diameter of 1"! This narrow rod, which does not come with finials or come in two pieces like a compression rod, was the best choice for a hallway leading to a bathroom, closet, and bedroom because of its narrow size and lack of finials. A two-piece pole creates a catching point for the rings, so the rings glide smoothly. Clip-on rings are a better choice than curtains that have grommets or hooks in that there is no need to leave much extra room above the pole for an extra curtain. Because I use supplemental oxygen, I had to pull down the door to the bedroom to the right in the hall, since I had issues with tubing catching on it, and if I left the door propped open I could not access the closet (in a short hallway directly ahead). The furnace air return is in the floor below the open hallway, so I needed to hang the curtain high enough for air to circulate under it while still being able to close it and open the bathroom door so heat from the oxygen concentrator in the bedroom could be directed to the bathroom in There will be a half bath available for guests on the same floor if they need to wash their hands or nature calls. My opinion is that this is the best shower curtain rod you can buy! The rod you are holding is of top quality. I have searched all over for it. This is the one that will do the best job for you. Among the many that you can find, this is the best. I had no problems installing the software. The 60" rod was cut to size with a tubing cutter after I bought it. All the end pieces went on easily, and the anchors that come with them are very secure. In total, it took me about 15 minutes to install, primarily because I measured several times to be sure I was installing just where I wanted it. It is likely that it will continue for many years.

A very high quality product! It is easy to install and looks great. The package arrived on time and in good condition. Including great instructions and hardware, it was all set up and ready to go. Our new shower rod is what makes the bathroom look so nice and we are definitely going to buy another when we finish the upstairs. It is just the right shade of nickel when it is brushed. Unlike some brushed nickel products, it is not too dark. This looks luxurious and will likely last for a very long time. The new one piece shower rod is so much nicer than the old one with the bump where the rings get caught. A simple installation process is involved.
