Yes, that is correct. Hand soap is what I use it for. It's fantastic because the container's bottom stays completely dry. I liked it so much that I ordered a few more.
No, it's only available as part of a package deal.
My own was made in China, according to my research.
Yes, the soap dispenser can be broken...but it's also quite lovely.

There were no damages during the shipping process. Pump is in excellent working condition. The product as a whole is well-made. I really like the metal and ceramic together. This goes well with the rest of my bathroom decor. I would strongly suggest it.
I bought the iDesign Vine Soap/Lotion Dispenser for the second time. For years, I've had one in my bathroom, and it's perfect for liquid hand soap. So, when the third or fourth dispenser I purchased for the kitchen stopped working, I purchased this second one because I know it works and will last for years. It's also very attractive, and the base and vine stand are both very sturdy, so it won't easily topple over. I would strongly suggest it.
In my bathroom, I have cream accessories with copper trim, but I need to replace the soap dispenser. With the right color, shape, and copper accent, this ceramic dispenser checked all the boxes after looking at a variety of options. The vine decorative holder didn't go with my other accessories, but it's sturdy and pretty, so I put a candle in it and put it to good use elsewhere.
My blind roommate, who is constantly knocking things over, appreciates the fact that this dispenser directs soap into her hand rather than her body. It's lovely and stable, which I like. The ceramic is more substantial, and the metal stand aids in its stability. The color and material combination is far more vibrant than the previous pump I owned. Nothing I saw in the stores came close to this level of quality, despite the fact that they were more expensive.
Porcelain is used. This is being used as hand sanitizer in the baby nursery.
You could have lifted it out of the holder from the outside of the cup if it had been just an inch taller. Because the tumbler's current height is just short enough, you must lift it by pinching the inside and outside. Aside from that, it's lovely and well-made, in my opinion.
This container is fantastic because it keeps the area beneath it dry while also looking great.
Originally published on the internet I'm really happy with it. I ordered two for my kitchen sink, one for dish detergent (which we water down to make it a little thinner) and the other for hand soap (which is quite thick). Both are in perfect working order and have a fantastic appearance. It was well worth the money! br>Recent changes: After a year of use, the screw-driver is still in good condition. The dispenser had a crack in one of its parts. I like them so much that I'm going to order another, but I'd advise being gentle when screwing them on.
