Yes, it's made of plastic, and it's held in place by two tiny suction cups.
They wouldn't stick to anything other than glass or a mirror, in my opinion.
Some of the pictures of Hello Kitty are wrong.
I clean them with a toothbrush I bought specifically for this purpose and a little soap. I simply replace them after three to four months.

This is one of our favorite things in our house. It keeps our tooth brushes off the counter, is entertaining, and keeps germs away from them. It's very simple to keep clean, and I've never had any problems with it falling off. We have a different animal for each of our family members.
There's only one bathroom, so there's not a lot of counter space. As a result, toothbrushes are hung from a handy glow-in-the-dark holder (also available on Amazon). However, if you decide to cram more kids into the bathroom, you'll need more holders, and these will do just fine. We've had a puppy one for over two years and sanitize it once every other month in the dishwasher; it's simple to assemble, disassemble, and use on a daily basis. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT FOR TODDLERS!.
It is simple to insert the toothbrush and. Our daughter is a huge fan of pandas, and this toothbrush holder is perfect for her. It's simple to insert and remove the toothbrush, and it's well-secured. It has a suction cup that holds it to the window, and it hasn't fallen off in the few months we've had it.
Our toddler is obsessed with this toothbrush holder, and it's become a part of her daily routine; she asks the giraffe for her toothbrush, and she actually enjoys brushing her teeth.
I didn't want to keep buying new toothbrushes, so I decided to invest in a cap instead. When I came across this adorable panda toothbrush cap, I couldn't believe my eyes! My roommate isn't a fan of pandas because he thinks they're useless in life. Of course, I had to buy it for him as a present. This item arrived quickly, so I didn't have to wait long to see my roommate open it. He wasn't thrilled, but he still wears his panda cap over his toothbrush to this day. He seems to enjoy it, in my opinion. br>br>It's of good quality, easy to clean, and my cat isn't attacking my roommate's toothbrush as much anymore. A ten out of ten recommendation.
My two-year-old can turn it on and off, making brushing time more independent and enjoyable. They're a big hit with all three of my kids.
These toothbrush holders are so cute! Because I have a small bathroom with limited counter space, being able to hang toothbrush heads on the mirror is extremely convenient. I had a monkey-shaped one that I used for years. I bought the panda toothbrush head for my husband's toothbrush. We have an electric toothbrush, and the charger/stand was taking up too much space on our counter. Fortunately, the charger and stand (which holds the toothbrush heads) are detachable, so we're only left with the charger on the counter.
So cute! My husband misplaced the tiger one that I had purchased for him years ago. Because he couldn't find another tiger, he went with a panda, which works perfectly. It's something we use at home, and it's even better when we're on the road. Brushes don't have to take up valuable counter space any longer. We simply tape them to the back of the mirror. This type of toothbrush holder is one of my favorites.
