When I went to clean the tub, I was shocked to see all of the mold beneath the mat! I tried washing it on high heat with bleach in an attempt to get it to work again, but it's permanently stained and moldy. I'm sorry I didn't realize this before the return period ended.
That's not the case. It's a gray bathmat with a plethora of suction cups on the bottom side. It's a pleasant place to stand. After a while in place, it tends to move around; I've stepped into the tub and the mat has slid to the side; it's prone to mold if not pulled up and hung to completely dry between each use. If you live alone, this method will suffice. This is near impossible in a family of four. Because of mold/potential mold, I replace it every three months.

However, pay close attention to the measurements, as mine is several inches too long for my standard tub.
