I'm not a natural runner, so suffice it to say that my body is unhappy. I bought it for a friend who was complaining about her arches collapsing. The roller was recently received in the mail. Because she'll be gone for a week, I ordered another and will keep this one for myself. I couldn't help myself; I have plantar fasciitis, and this roller is HEAVEN on my arches, if not the entire foot. It's large enough to accommodate larger feet (have you seen those tiny ones?). What is the purpose of that? Is it a baby? ), as well as for other body parts (calf muscles, hands, arms, hamstrings, and quadriceps). I don't usually recommend products, but I feel compelled to do so with this foot roller because it is essential for anyone who is active and suffers from plantar fasciitis. There's nothing like a beautiful day for a run, but your heel feels like it's about to fall out from under you.

It's killing me, and I've tried the cortisone shot and it didn't work, so I'm going to try the Tumax roller. I've had it for a few days and use it before bed and when I go to work (which is a long distance away). By the time I get home from work, I'm usually unable to walk. I've noticed a difference in my walking after using this roller during the day. I'm still in some pain, but it's nothing compared to what I was going through. If you suffer from PF, as I do, or even foot cramps, I highly recommend this roller. It works!.

This product helped me to alleviate a painful cramp in my lateral longitudinal arches. My feet were sore the next day (the good kind of sore, though), so I think I went overboard the first few days. I continued to work as long as my feet would allow it; The cramps have now gone away after only two weeks of use, i. e. I have no pain when I squeeze the pads of my feet. However, because of the current pandemic, I'm not sure if my feet will be comfortable in ski boots. Until then, I'll take comfort in the fact that I'm lighter than I've been in years. br>br>As for getting what you put in, I'm not sure if gently rolling your feet on this will help. I exerted the maximum amount of force I was capable of. I made sure this roller dug into the painful knots, and I believe that's why I felt relief so quickly.

REVISED REVIEW: I gave this product a two-star rating when I first bought it. (For more on this, see the previous review. ) I received an unexpected new model of this roller today, with more raised and diamond-shaped nobs. This was a significant improvement over the original, which gave me a strong impression. Personally, I think it could be a little spiker because I like a lot of pressure, but it's still very good and I'll definitely use it. Customer service is excellent. br>br>Previous review: It appeals to me, but the bumps on it do not provide much pressure. They have a pleasant texture.

This roller, in my opinion, is extremely effective. My foot pain has significantly decreased after using this product. Some of the reviews I read complained about the nubs or said it didn't do much. This can be easily remedied by pressing harder or even standing up while using the device. If you have pain like I do, try using your body weight to create a stronger massage effect.

I began my search for a foot massage remedy a few weeks ago when I came across the Tumaz foot roller on Amazon. Tumaz foot roller appears to have generally positive reviews for pain relief and a reasonable price, so I decided to order one to give it a try and see if it can help with my pain. br>The foot roller that arrived in the package resembles the one pictured on the website; it's a small and light foot roller, but it's comfortable when I place my foot on it and roll. It's hard to believe that after three days of using it three times a day, I'm feeling a lot better about my pains. Oh man! I wish I had known about Tumaz foot roller a long time ago so that I could have cut my mystery in half. The foot roller has made a significant difference in my pains, and I would recommend it to anyone suffering from foot pain.
